After a holiday nightmare and booking a scam villa, One Villas helped me secure the most beautiful villa in Ibiza for me and 9 friends and very late notice. They were really professional and accommodating and everyone who I had contact with made me feel much better about our stay.
The villa was amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better holiday.

Efficient and friendly staff - everything went smoothly. I would definitely book with OneVillasIbiza again. Nice touch leaving a beautiful welcome package of colour coordinated quality products - Cava, sun tan lotion and Sal de Ibiza crisps in a super canvas bag - nice touch which just sums up their attention to detail.

OneVillas went out of their way to accommodate our needs and had expert local knowledge to make this a really great trip. In particular Femke, in their support team pre-trip was very helpful. Could not fault them in anyway and overall was very impressed. If i was booking in Ibiza again I would definitely use them again without question.

We have just returned from our holiday in Ibiza and a wonderful two weeks. Our villa was both beautiful and comfortable. I would highly recommend One Villas as they were extremely helpful and very professional.

OneVillasIbiza were a very efficient and helpful company to deal with. The villa we stayed at had a lovely large pool and great outside spaces which were enjoyed by our extended family. The kitchen was well equipped. Some features of the villa were not in perfect condition but the villa representative dealt quickly with any hitches that we had.

An extremely customer focused company.
While this may seem to be an extraordinary title as it is presumed, mostly incorrectly, that all companies are customer focused, One Villas actually more than deserve this title. From first contact, earlier this year, their response and follow up has been exemplary. All members of staff are extremely polite and efficient, including the charming lady who was charged with" the meet and greet." I would have no hesitation in recommending them and hope to re-book next year

Very helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

The whole team at OneVillasIbiza were fantastic, and responded very promptly to all our various request for support for our party of 10 people - from providing a chef, to grocery shopping, and car and boat hire ! And the villa was superb too.
As a result we had a fabulous holiday, we will be back.

Exceptional customer service. From the very outset on helping choose and book our two consecutive week long villas, to help with a new hire car, to ensuring suitable car seats / highchairs to dealing with the return of our deposits; it has been quite a pleasure dealing with the OneVillas team who have gone that extra mile to ensure all our questions or issues we're satisfactorily resolved. Very responsive, helpful and at all times excellent service. Keep it up! I have no hesitation in recommending them.

In the past three years we had good experiences with OneVillasIbiza, but this summer we had a disappointing villa with hygene issues and an enormous leak in the master bedroom. The employees of OneVillasIbiza told us not to use the bathroom and didn't show any concern about the situation. This is a villa which we rented for two weeks and for which we paid a considerable price. After writing a review for them in which we pointed out our disappointment, they offered us a bottle of wine, whereas we were in the opinion that a refund would be reasonable.

Great villa, great spot, great swimmingpool and great service

The experience was incredible. I stayed for one week with my family and everyone enjoyed and felt very comfy during all the stay.
The location is perfect to disconnect and spend a nice and relaxing days in Ibiza. Wifi is weak and the mobile sign is very poor but you don't need it too much :)
The cala/beach close to the villa is 3m by car and 20m by walk. There are a mini market and bar/restaurant at 5m by car which is nice and cosy, deserve a stop, it is called "La sardina loca".
Definitely it is a villa, where you have an amazing time during your holidays in Ibiza!
