Excellent customer service from Sampreetha
I was helped by Sampreetha when I had issues with a deposit, turns out I had made the deposit incorrectly and was trying to transfer out of my Juno account rather than into it, from Chase. Sampreetha was very responsive and respectful while explaining the problem, which was totally my fault. Overall, I'm really happy with Juno. I hope the company continues to be successful, and I will recommend that people use it as a crypto on-ramp in the future. Thanks!

Please stay far away
Please reconsider putting any money into an account with Juno. I tried logging in while I was abroad on travels and now my account is set to close without any explanation and I do not have access to my bank account or crypto, especially when I need it most. Just not worth it.

Juno's customer service is great
Juno's customer service is great. I did end up closing my account due to it being compromised and having my money stolen. There was no way to get the money back or give me assurance it couldn't happen again, so I had to close my account. However the customer service was responsive, even after having a closed account for several months, they have responded and made sure I had the documents needed to file my taxes this year. Shout out to Snehil.

Excellent Customer Service in a day when that stands out
I have had a broad spectrum of horrific experiences with email-only based support in recent months. Sometimes taking multiple weeks to still not get the answer you were looking for. My experience with Juno has been precisely the opposite. I have repeatedly been stunned by the quick turnaround and precision accuracy with which my questions have been responded to.

I joined Juno with hesitation because they promised much more than other similar apps so it gave me the feeling they were just too good to be true, especially because if their app is so great, why isn't everyone using it?
Well, after using their app for a few months I can confirm it is AS great as they claim. But that's not why I'm reviewing it.
TLDR: The customer service department is by far the best I have ever encountered in my life. If a difficult situation arrises, they will be there for you every step of the way without any headache.
I had sent a wire transfer from Juno to my other bank, before I knew that my other bank didn't accept wire transfers. The recieving bank told me that the money would be automatically returned. But it wasn't.
After nearly 2 months I still haven't gotten the money but the customer support team at Juno has truly gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I get emails regularly from the same rep (I wish I could say their name but Trust Pilot rules say not to use any personal information) checking in with me to offer assistance or inquiring if I have any updates. I'm usually so busy I forget to respond but even when I forget, I'll get another email just letting me know that they are still there for me. Even when the paticular rep isn't at work, I'll get an email from a different rep that hasn't even been a part of the situation, that goes through the entire issue, and reaches out just to let me know what my regular rep isn't at work but they are there for me. Have you ever encountered a company that has every one of their customer support reps on the same page? Without even asking and without having to re explain your situation over and over again. Most importantly they all seem so genuinely interested in their job and are all around happy people.
And I've experienced such great customer service when the issue wasn't even their fault!!!! They easily could have been like it's not our problem, talk to the other bank. (Which is exactly what the other bank did to me numerous times.) If it wasn't for Junos great team, I would have been lost with no guidance or chance of ever getting my money back.
