Absolutely unacceptable service and shop. On 9.05.2026 I ordered a carpet remnant discounted from 24£ per sqm to 12£ per sqm, straight after that I have got a confirmation email saying they are processing my order and getting it ready to be shipped, two days later I have got a message that next day my carpet will be delivered between 9:40-12:40, so I booked a carpet fitter and planned other contractors to do their jobs based on the fact that I got exact day and time window when the carpet will arrive. On the day of delivery when the message was saying 9:40-12:40 I have received an email saying they don’t have the carpet anymore. I am sorry but what? After 5 days from the purchase on the day when I m expecting carpet they tell me there is not a carpet they were advertising… I tried to find quickly similar carpet at price 24£ as the one that I bought was discounted from original price of 24£ to half - 12£ but I couldn’t find any others discounted like that so I found different one also for 24£ but they refused to send it. Communication is very poor too, basically I reply within an hour on their email but they reply only once a day so over 3 days I got 3 replies and still no carpet, absolutely unacceptable service advertising products they don’t sell confirming day and times of delivery that never happen. Consumer protection agencies definitely needs to have a look as this online store is not really bothered to fix the mistake they did. Maybe they will start to be more serious when I will attach the carpet fitters invoices for the loss of income that has been caused by them not sticking to the messages and confirmation they promised.

Everything good. Carpet and underlay delivered on time. Driver unloaded on his own and carried carpet etc to where I wanted it left. Absolutely no complaints.

The website was easy to navigate and ordering samples before the purchase was great as the samples had qr codes on the back which made the purchase even easier. My first purchase was 14 years ago and only charged it for a new colour.

I started off with ordering some free samples. Super quick delivery and made it easy to find the right colour.
Ordered the carpet which came quickly and is lovely quality.
Had some issues with the delivery of the underlay but the underlay itself is lovely and very good quality.
I used the online chat function on the website and found this to be very helpful with sizes and underlay reccomendations. Carpets are brilliant value!

Really lovely carpet and excellent customer service. We had to delay our delivery by a few days which was so helpful. We love our new plush carpet - great price too. Almost half of what tapi were selling the same carpet for.

Was significantly cheaper for same quality carpet. Good website, wide selection and on time delivery.
