I would note the very user-friendly website. It allows even a beginner to find what they need.

I tried online carpets having no prior knowledge of them.
Ordering was simple with the on site calculator reliably telling me how many packs I need.
I was kept informed of the delivery date, which was accurate.
Delivered by van, the driver was pleasant and professional at all times.
All packs of flooring and underlay were in perfect condition.
I would definitely use this company again, prices are really competitive.

The only criticism is there is no option to get delivery to your actual door. Had a pallet delivered to outside the building (despite being a ground floor flat) and as a single woman, it took an entire day to carry it in…

Wow what can I say, the team delivered exactly we planned, the carpets are a high quality and I found them a good 30% chearer than the local stores around. You do have to find a local fitter but they do supply links to search local fitters. Even the fitter said you can't do better than carpets online

bought a expensive luxury saxony carpet, after 5 months it looked very flat. i contacted online carpets and got reply that this is normal in high traffic area. they were not interested in helping at all.

this was in child bedroom: child is in school and in before and after school every day of the week! carpet in bedroom was hardly used. definitely not HIGH traffic
