I'm helping my son to get a divorce The paper work didn't ask who wanted the service

This site has been very helpful with great support from their team! They very helpful when I was confused about some of the terminology and process being my first time going through this which is not fun. They are a great source to go through instead of dealing with a lot of legalities and lawyers when you don't have a lot of money to do so. I highly recommend this site when you're not sure how to proceed with such a life altering event. Thanks to all my team members who helped me along the way!

They are communicative and make the process easy

Great explanations on questions , easy to use and a good UI.

This is unusable for anybody who does not have all the information for their spouse and them at one time - you cannot skip ahead and go back to things later, you cannot get any answers from customer services, and you cannot get a refund if they do not do a good job. 100% no to this product.

SLAs are not followed so they don't have to provide a refund when they inevitably screw something up.

I signed up and immediately completed my information sending the paperwork to my caseworker. They said forms are reviewed and ready within 2 business days. 4 business days later after I reached out, they finally posted them for my review. Once I mailed my signed forms back, it took another 12 business days for them to review my signed paperwork, when their SLA is 7-10.

Including the time USPS uses to deliver documents, you're easily outside the 30-day refund period. I paid for Platinum Service which included the tracking/mailing of the forms for both parties. And when my spouse refused to sign his forms, they refused to send my paperwork to the courts for filing without his.

They've refused a refund for the Platinum Service upgrade; I was not asking for the monthly membership or initial filing fee to be refunded. They have to review my request to return my documentation, including marriage certificate and money order, why? DC's forms for contested and uncontested divorces are identical and you only need the complaint to start the filing process. It's been over a month and no progress was made by them.

You won't file my paperwork, but you also won't send it back? I went downtown and filed for divorce myself and was given a scheduled court date.

I have paid about $600 to onlinedivorce.com and have nothing to show for it. Stay away from this scam of a company. Read BBB for more real life reviews!!
