My parcel was not delivered to my door wven tho I was home. It was left in full sun. I found it some time later. It looked as though it had been stood upon. I opened it at the wheelie bin as it felt 'squishy'. The contents were soaking wet including the cardboard stiff boards. I removed the clear bag containing the pen box and needles, and the box was damaged ..looking 'burst' from pressure. I threw the outer packaging into the wheelie bin as this was now dripping. I took the small bag and pen etc inside and photographed it and made an immediate complaint. Your drs repeatedly requested photos of the outer packaging which I explain very comprehensively, was amongst food and cat litter waste, and I was not prepared to rifle through it to retrieve it for photographs. I asked for the usual courier service to replace the pen and collect this one by return. There was much back and forth of messages and finally a phone call, to which I was told I had to post the pen back and would receive a replace. I disagree as this is not my fault. The courier has always come to the door no problem. Now you have chosen DPD who are known to be pathetic at delivering, no respect, no idea how to deliver. I told your dr on the phone I am not prepared to inject this oen as I do not k ow how long it was in the sun for. Your Own instructions say not to!!! However, you still want me to pay to return it and wait for a replacement, and wait for postage refund. I don't think so. I have been with you guys, despite the price hike thru last year, and psy for my daughter and son on law. Well they have found a cheaper alternative so I will be following suit after this fiasco.
You cannot even give loyal customers respect and a bit of credit whete due, when a problem is not their fault. The dr would not allow me to speak with a manager or anyone senior.
As I say, over £800 a month I spent last year, and thus is the thanks I get ... bit of a kick in the teeth. Well you have lost my business. So thanks for nothing. I will also make sure anyone who asks, does not get your recommendation!!!
