Overall Exprience
The order / delivery process is quite efficient however paying extra for next day delivery when it then takes 2 days is a little frustrating as I try to arrange when I know I will be at home. Also discount codes were supplied at the start of the process but as the prescription cost increases the discount codes seem to disappear.

Online easy to follow and helpful
The online experience was easy to follow and helpful, messages updating myself were helpful, however the instore experience was not as swift as expected, my understanding was that if I received the email to say my product was ready to collect then it would be ready to collect, but the pharmacy ladies were very busy, when I was seen it wasn't ready to collect and was told I would have to come back in 5/10 minutes... I had already waited to be seen and then had to queue again to collect, the whole process took about 30mins. the pharmacy ladies were lovely but so busy at 7.30pm.

Over a year and cannot fault service
Been dealing with them for over a year and cannot fault anything. if there is a delay on responding to queries they make it clear online of any such issues (like when they were bombarded at the time of price rises) but that said, prices are still good. Deliveries always on time and easy to use online. Thank you.

Cheap medication, Overpriced, and attitude filled
Gave me cheap medication instead of the brand I’ve been getting from them for over a year and I had to plead just for the to accept return and I’ve got to wait weeks for new meds until they receive the old ones as I couldn’t just take back into the pharmacy.
