DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Absolute worst experience I could have ever imagined. I paid $170 extra to get my passport expedited and the company did literally nothing. I called several times trying to speak with an agent and was never able to get through to an actual agent. An answering service told me they would send an email to an agent marked urgent on multiple occasions and again I never received a call back. When I finally got my paperwork sent in, after waiting a week and a half and not hearing any response I checked my email and I only received one email stating that I was missing an authorization paper on the outside of the packet. It was not stated anywhere that this paper was needed when filing everything out. I then called in and talked to an agent who proceeded to tell me I was going to have to upgrade my service because I didn't have enough time now and I would have to pay for it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she would have to have one call me back. Furious I expressed how many times I had been told that in the past and I was not going to accept that response. Finally she patched me through to a manager who said he would take care of it and he would email the paperwork over, just sign it and send it back. After doing so he called back stating he had sent the wrong paper over and I had to do it again with the right one. I am still waiting to see if this gets resolved. If not I will miss my sister's wedding. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

So frustrated. I haven’t heard back from them ever. I got a call once from my worker and have been trying to contact her and she does not answer me via phone or email. I’m starting to think they are scammers. I want a refund immediately please.

I wasn't notified that I would be charged but my credit card was charged all the fees immediately after entering the information and before working on the application. They haven't replied to my email requesting a refund in 3 days and I really feel ripped off.

TERRIBLE!!! I got all my documents and printed everything out and all i needed was an “authorization agent” to sign my form and every place I went to told me it’s sounded sketch and that they couldn’t sign!!! I went to 6 PLACES SIX!!! I kept calling customer service and they didn’t answer at all!!!! Biggest scam ever I wish i never did this and hope no one does bc I spend close to $300 and they said if i don’t mail things in time I’d get charged?? WTH!!! My documents or any pictures ID’s that i’ve had in the past are in mexico so I don’t know i’m suppose to get that without a passport. I’ve spend over $500 dollars and I spend $40 more dollars to send a copy of my old expired passport. I’m about to spend $40 trying to send out some documents with my name on them. AVOID at ALL COST!
Please, please, please avoid this company like the plague. They have taken out money from my account again and again (without providing receipts) to upgrade expediting service but have not delivered in their promises to make this a headache free experience. I have paid over $500 for my baby's passport to be delivered before our flight and yet I'm sitting in another country without my infant son. My family member had to take a month off work to look after my baby while we are taking care of other family member here. Unreliable, irresponsible, not knowledgeable.

This company is the worst rip off scan ever. I immediately requested a full refund of $198.00 . That was taken from my bank account that second. No services did not receive or use. If I wanted to get my passport using this company they demanded a (additional) $198.00 first. I refused and promptly canceled any and all dealings with this company. I was promised over the phone by a company representative a full refund within 5 business days. This was on June 24th. It is now July and my money has not yet been put back in my account. I call every day and every day another excuse by this company. I never received any services or goods for my money. And they only have a record of me contacting them 1 time. They are a scam who have no product they offer and they have blatantly stolen almost $200. From me while promising a full refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be pressing charges this week if my money is not refunded.

Impeccable website, horrible customer service
After calling and leaving messages three times beginning 9am Eastern, the rude and dismissive Kerriuana Ward told me she would not be able to furnish my passport renewal by Wednesday morning, despite the fact that I had all of my paperwork in order (and had paid.) Though your front-end website experience is outstanding, your ability to perform and service clients is sorely lacking. Mrs Ward instructed me to go directly to the passport agency and that she would issue me a refund. I see this is easier said than done, in both respects!

Passportcenter appears to be a scam
Passportcenter 24 hour service appears to be a scam. They offer a 24 service that you must pay for up front. I paid on a Saturday and tried to call immediately because I had to have the passport by Wednesday. The person I spoke to said that the service is for 24 business hours, I.e., 1 day, which would have been fine. I even received an email that purported to be from an account manager. I replied to that email again stating that I needed the passport by Wednesday and asking for confirmation that they could do that. They did not respond to my emails. When I completed my application, I told them that I was traveling Wednesday. Upon completing the application and paying the fee, I was told to call first thing Monday morning to confirm my information. I called first thing Monday morning and the person I spoke to said they wouldn’t be able to get the passport to me until Saturday. I immediately canceled their service and made plans to go to Detroit to have the passport processed on Tuesday so I could travel on Wednesday. I received an email that they were processing my refund request, but still haven’t heard from them about the refund. That was nearly two weeks ago. Unless they refund all of my money, then I would tell everyone to avoid them. They appear to be a scam that preys on people in need. They promise a 24 service they can’t deliver.
UPDATE: Passport Center - I have tried to call your customer service to give you the requested information and have not received a call back. Please update your response with how I can contact you and I will give you the information requested.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I paid for a very expensive service. Their top of the line offering. And NOT 1 person has contacted me to get the ball rolling. I, AS THE CUSTOMER, had to contact an account manager. No phone calls. No returned emails. NOTHING. And when you do manage to speak to a live person, it almost ALWAYS is a receptionist, and nobody that can look up your information anyway. Dealing with them has caused MAYHEM, and me ultimately missing and losing my flight. Now I cannot travel with my family, for a family emergency. These people are terrible. And I see they respond to these negative reviews, but won't email someone they've taken money from.
As you can see below, just like I mentioned above...They are QUICK to answer a negative review and sound caring and professional, but I STILL did not receive a phone call nor an email. But I do have ALL phone records, still have my UNANSWERED emails, and I WILL be taking legal action against this company. Because I have the time & the money to do so. Again, as you can see below, They present themselves as to be diligent in their communication. Where was this after you charged me more than $500 and let it sit for a week? A legal representative will see about getting my money back, then uncovering their scheme. So Passport Center, you have a choice. Refund me NOW, or deal with what comes later.

DON’T use this service. It’s double your money than your local courthouse and the customer service is HORRIBLE. It is 4 days before I leave the country and my package didn’t arrive like my notification advised. After panicking and calling govworks and fedex we found out it was delivered to the wrong address. FedEx delivered it to the address on the envelope that was incorrectly written by govworks. The passport process using this company has been a nightmare. Today as I was panicked they could have cared less.

find it hard to believe that a company that operates in the manner that they do is able to remain in business. Customer service is atrocious, and the work that they do is even worse. I began attempting to get a passport through them almost 9 weeks ago, so I could attend my sister's wedding. I should have gone through the postal service. Fast forward to the day before my flight (after I was promised my passport would be fedexed to me that day) and I get a call saying my passport photo was damaged in transit. In a sealed envelope. Explain that one. Now I have a 2k plane ticket I can't use not to mention the lost time and additional money using you. And as per usual, nobody can return a phone call or respond to an email about refunding my money. Not sure what they actually do. I'm curious. Does anyone even really work there? SCAMMERS!
