I was traveling 6/28/19

I was traveling 6/28/19, and I was promised several times over the phone that my passport would arrive 6/27/19. I started this process 3 weeks before my travel date. First I had to re-send the authorization form twice because no one bothered to provide instructions of the name of the company I needed to authorize, so I put govWorks. Then I have to resend it once again because the form was typed! Why didn't they say that the first time they made me resend the darn form! even then they promised my passport would arrive on-time. Well it didn't! When I called them 6/27/19, and they just said the person upposed to send it had forgotten to do so. How irresponsible can a company get! Now I am asking for a refund, and so far it's been 3 weeks since i sent the request for refund and have not heard from them at all. I am going to report them to the BBB soon. I am just giving them a chance to make ammends by refunding me the fees they charge me. I will post this message everywhere if i don't get my refund.

Vacation Saved!

My family surprised me with a last minute vacation for my birthday but it turned out that my passport was expired. Luckily for me, I knew about the company. Thanks to Passport Center I was able to renew my passport with time to spare.

Total scam

Total scam. They create an email box that you don’t have access to and put it on the passport application. Their customer service reps don’t even know where they are expecting you to send your passport. Watch out.

That response doesn’t even answer any questions, which is consistent with their deceptive business model.

How is it possible to get two immediate responses to an online review and ZERO responses to my calls and online submissions to customer service? Message on call line says everything is reviewed within 1-3 business days and I still don’t have an update 5 business days later.

As the US Dept of State uses an appointment/slot system, with limited opportunities to submit documentation to any given office, when we will actually receive your documentation will dictate where it is sent - this is based on what Regional Passport Agency has the availability to process any given application based on its specific needs. Sarah - we spoke to your concern that the service representatives with whom you spoke did not have the location for you to send the docs when you initially called in. However, we take seriously the registration we have with the US Dept of State, and must adhere strictly to the federal protocol in order to retain and renew that registration annually. We are far from a scam and would be happy to resolve any remaining issues you have with your order.

I purchased the Priority Service on a…

I purchased the Priority Service on a Monday morning. They gave me all the instructions step by step. I mailed all the required documents that same day, and I had my passport delivered on Friday in the morning.

Only time that we made contact was when they called me a couple of minutes after I completed my application and they instructed me on how to mail everything. I do not understand all these reviews claiming lack of customer support when everything is explained with such good detail both before purchasing and after submitting the application.

I am very pleased with the service and for sure will recommend it.

This company really helped me out, i used there rush service to get my passport as I needed my passport quick for work since I travel a lot and forgot to renew it. They are true to there service times and finished my renewal exactly when they said they would.

I found a cheap cruise to go the Caribbean but didn’t have a passport luckily a friend told me about this company and how quick they are at getting passports done. I got my passport and can’t wait to go on my first cruise!

Unethical Crooks

Totally Unethical Company
I needed an expedited passport and they said they could do it. I was at the US Passport office on a Thursday and this company said they closed at 6 PM. At 5:45 I called to tell them the paperwork was ready. They closed early, never answered the phone and I had to drive to Houston the next morning to get the passport. They charged me $588, never did anything, and when I disputed with my credit card company, they fought it and said they have a no cancel policy. They didn't STAY open their own hours!!!! Terrible company to not do the service and then refuse to refund the money. Do NOT use.

Great service will use again in case of an emergency

Got my passport expedited quickly. I am happy with the results. I didn’t know my passport was going to expire before my trip thank god I discovered this company and they where able to help resolve my problem quickly can’t wait to use my renewed passport.
