Everything was pretty simple, from just scanning the QR code and following the instructions. I would have given a 5 but the photo ID verification step was quite annoying as the camera access button in... See more

Absolute Scam. Avoid any contact with them. Paid fees with them and they advised part was a government fee. Been contacted by Companies House and no fee was given to them and had to pay government fee again. I will be passing their details onto the government along with any correspondence and invoices I have paid. Avoid!
Guidance and support how to fix the issues we had trying to get all our data up to date.
Simplified and therefore reduced a bureaucratic requirement
Very helpful and navigation is very easy to do filing. Thank you!!
The member of staff demonstrated excellent professionalism. Her advice and instructions were second to none. She kept me well informed at each stage. She is an asset to your organisation. Excellent customer service.
I received an email from this company stating they can file my confirmation statements in 5 minutes. After paying 89£, I couldn't complete the process. I called them and requested my money back. Someone called Gabriella from the company called me back and gave me a fake email to request my money. I sent the email,it didn't go through. I called the number again and I couldn't get to anyone. Till date,my confirmation statements was not files, money gone and I cant get through to anyone. Since I cannot communicate with you through any reliable means,I am sure this feedback will get your attention. I need my money back. The confirmation was for Anna and Elvis healthcare services limited. Thank you
Received a letter, which makes this company appear to be the official way to file LTD company returns to HMRC. This is my first time filing a company return, so I am expecting such a letter. After scanning their QR and then having it ask me to enter my details to it, it starts to look a bit fishy. So I check them out. They aren't actually HMRC, it's a separate, private company that will process your confirmation for you, and then charge you a fee. So, while they may be a fully registered proper company etc. They are acting in what I believe to be an EXTREMELY dodgy way. Tricking people into paying them money, while you do all the work anyway. It looks like you are being asked to do all the work if filing, entering that info into their portal, and then they will just send that same info into HMRC, and charge you for the privilege of being a piggy in the middle that has zero need to be there.
Having received three renewal confirmation statements, when I glanced at the latest email, I initially thought it was coming directly from Companies House. I also assumed the online filing service was part of Companies House. It wasn’t until I got further into the process that I realised they were a separate organisation, which I felt was misleading. I completed everything and uploaded my documents, but I could have gone on gov.uk and completed the identification process myself without paying anything. Their service is not necessary if you are comfortable filing directly with Companies House.
Everything was so straight forward and user friendly. The quick response made things easy for me.
I've just stupidly paid this company £50 to do something I could have as easily done myself for nothing. Don't be fooled by their statement that they are 'an authorised provider to Companies House' and 'recognised by HMRC'. They are NOT official, they are a profit making business.
First class service and user friendly which makes dealing with filing company matters extremely easy
Literally a scam, why does the governement allow companies like this to operate.
very patient with someone who is not computer savy
Do not touch with a barge pole - You can file on line with companies house at no cost - They charge £58 and I tried to resign as a director but my partner didn't want to sign with a 3rd company so I couldn't get to the end of the journey. They don't refund - read the small print !!! They don't pick up the phone either - See the email response below. Ripe off Britain

Dear Andrew,
Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your request.
We understand that you may prefer to do the filings yourself. As our services begin immediately after an order is placed, including document preparation, data verification and submission setup, we are unable to cancel or refund the transaction. The fee you paid covers access to our technology platform, compliance review and personalised support provided throughout the filing process.
Online Filings™ is a private technology company that works with Companies House and HMRC systems to securely submit filings on behalf of our clients.
