I received a number of highly charged emails relating to my filing. It looked official but let me tell you they are not! They completely ruined a holiday weekend for me by causing massive alarm with their emails and causes me to hound my accountant who files for me. You do not need this company! IGNORE!

No question was too silly reassuring and kind

The company name is deliberately misleading so you think they are part of Companies House (easily confused with Companies House service "Web Filing"
They send you unsolicited letters to induce panic which include stating legal obligations, penalties for not filing etc and then provide QR codes to take your money.
They charge £133 to strike off a company however you can do this directly with Companies House for £13.
Even when messaging them just 15 minutes after completing the transaction, they offer a "goodwill" 50% refund which is processed straight away and without confirming if you are happy with that outcome.
Steer well clear.

The service is easy and user friendly, easy to follow option on each screen. The reminder sent by post makes it quick to respond. Now everything is verified before moving on to the next page.

This spam is as close as you can get to fraud without being illegal! I can't believe Companies House allows and condones this company to hijack their members, by using almost invisible branding, and charge a fee of £33 to pass on personal your information including ID verification. BEWARE! If you receive a reminder to complete your annual company return and it includes a FEE it is being paid to a third party. FYI I tried to contact onlinefilings, their email bounced back and their chat system wasn't working! Grade 1 sharks.
UPDATE: I received email notification from CH that my company filing was complete. Just received a letter from CH that some PSC in my company has not completed their ID check! I think there are crossed wires between Offline Filings and Companies House and I am having to spend time sorting it all out, a world of pain. ́Never had these problems when submitting myself! OF have caused me more inconvenience than convenience, if they were a half decent company they would refund me the fee I paid them.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The only delay was on my part and once I had sorted it they took over and got my problem sorted within the hour. Fantastic and highly recommend 👌

Personally the new system requiring EACH director to have access to their emails, ID, phone, Companies House personal identification number all within a relatively short period of time is just incredibly onerous. We are a non trading, dormant company, and even we are not always accessible. One of our directors was away and forwarding all her emails to someone out of the UK - and this took a substantial amount of time to figure out how to surmount with a 10 hour time difference not assisting at all. Obviously we got there, but days worth of sorting it out is crazy. What will happen with big companies where the directors are travelling everywhere all the time. And the increase in CH filing prices is crazy!! Not to mention that each amendment requires a fee on top of the filing fee which has already increased so much!! Are there really so many fraudulent companies that you require each director to verify themselves yearly with id's and selfies? To me - it is crazy and unnecessary and ultimately nothing more than a money spinner for Companies House as it creates so much extra work on our part. Anyway, that is my two cents on it.
EDIT - sorry - I do realise that you do not make the rules. I guess my frustration was that I had fallen for using your service at all because it arrived so soon after the one from Companies House. I have never filed other than through Companies House at half the price no less. And having jumped through all the hoops a year ago, I truly expected that doing this year's filing through CH would involve nothing more than supplying verification codes without double and triple checks all over again. Of course, that may well be the case doing it directly through them too - but I will now have to wait a year to find out.

This company is a bunch of scammers and thieves. They got my private email address and sent me a message requesting my Company House details. I didn't think anyone would send me an email without my consent and pretend to be from Company House, so I paid for the details update. However, after paying while filling out the form, I realized something was wrong, as too much of my data was being requested. I stopped entering my details and checked the payment. When it turned out the payment hadn't been sent to Company House but to another company, I immediately submitted a refund request and had my details deleted. Three days later, I learned they would only refund the payment they had collected for Company House, but not the £39.60 they had collected for themselves. Beware of emails from these scammers. They impersonate Company House, HMRC, etc. to extort money from the fees they charge!!! BE CAREFUL! DON'T BE SCAMMED LIKE ME!!
