Cannot get in touch with them. our company submitted a confirmation through this company which was never submitted. Do not use them and go directly to the gov service. Definitely a scam as you cannot get in touch with them on phone and the chat functionality doesn't work.

Not surprised by many of the one star issues hereabouts.
Tried to get in touch with them three times, including an invitation to reply to their message/mail.
You have to wonder at what's happened. Either poorly resourced and unable to meet fundamental courtesies or managerial incompetence. Quite possibly a bit of both. Relatively easy to rectify.

It required payment for using the service, failed to get my documents accepted by Companies House, but said it was not obliged to refund my money. It offered 50% back as gesture. It claimed not to be obliged to repay as I had used its software, which I had not. People planning to use it need to be aware it is not part of Companies House but a separate private company making money from filing required reports whic h can be filed with Companies House direct.

I would have given a 5 but the photo ID verification step was quite annoying as the camera access button in the procedure simply would not work. I had to go to my phone settings and then allow the browser permission to use the camera, then it went fluidly enough.
