I ordered 2 bags of 5kg bags of Tilda…

I ordered 2 bags of 5kg bags of Tilda easy cook whole grain rice back in February. I then had a phone call a few days after telling me they could not fulfill the order as they had no stock. They said I would be refunded. I only just noticed a few days ago (end of March) that I had still not been refunded so I messaged them.
A few days later I received a text saying I was correct and I was then refunded for the rice.
They did not however refund me the postage I paid which was £6.99 which I should of course be refunded for also and this was included in original message.
I have called and messaged and am being ignored. Extremely poor customer service. Avoid!
I’m expecting to have to make a trip to their shop in person to retrieve my money back!

The meat quality was very good and…

The meat quality was very good and fresh etc but this was my second order and despite writing the cutting instructions for the chicken, it was not done as requested. It’s the second time it has happened and it’s not really a huge deal as we still cooked it and enjoyed it all the same but if they could correct it, it would be easier to give them all 5 stars.

Smooth process and quick delivery

Vast variety of items available to order. Large range of quality meat with different types of cuts to choose from. Packed in vacuum sealed bags saving plenty of space and ensuring remains fresh. Quick delivery. Any items that were not available were refunded in an efficient manner. There was one item missing but quickly refunded once i informed them. Will use again

Great customer service

I think it's fair to say you get the best idea of a company with its response when things go wrong (which happens to all companies). I had some problems with an order (both with delivery outside of their control and with weight) and was initially concerned when they hadn't responded to my emails. They sent me a text message saying they were working their way through their emails and they took personal control of the issue from there. The issue was rectified speedily once they had understood the issues and they even sent me a whatsapp at 1:30am to give me an update. So full stars. For the avoidance of doubt its the first issue I had had after a number of successful orders.
