Avoid like a plague...

Avoid like a plague!
I sent several emails if the chicken is fresh, but no reply. Why should I buy something when no one bothers to reply and I don't know what will they do after I have purchased something from them.

Thanks to Maddie's review below, it makes a lot of sense now.

UPDATE:

The illiterate guy who just replied to this review doesn't even understand that the review is not about the order, but about the email response. What a clown! He should be selling bananas on the street instead of selling meat!

UPDATE:

He is a liar, I don't have any fake email or account. This moron just sent me an email asking me to send details not relevant to this review. I asked him to reply to my email from 18th May, but then he stops replying. I have all the proofs for TrustPilot to check. He didn't respond to my email from 18th May and now saying that he did, what a clown.

He clearly doesn't understand English even when there is nothing about the "order or buying" in the review.

Ask him to send the proof of insults he has mentioned below and send the proof of the reply to the email I sent on 18th. A clear liar that's why he is trying to bite me now.

Just be careful about this guy and read the 0 star reviews below. He doesn't even know that the reviews are not always about buying anything, but also about the communication.

The fact that he only replies because of this 0 star review says a lot about the person he is. You can count the days from the entire may to the current date.

Hello, I have found your fake account and reviewed your email inquiring about a discount for the first order. You were instructed to simply enter your email address so that this could proceed through the standard process. The same communication was repeated via chat on a second occasion. On the third occasion, there were insults about our services and rude behavior from your end, which we chose to ignore. No order has ever been placed under your account, and we have reported this review to TrustPilot. Still awating order number as there was no business transation.

The meat and chicken quality is POOR!!

-They delivered on the wrong day
-They do not give you the correct weight and ALWAYS give you less
-Their chicken smells and when you complain they do not reply back to you
-Worst customer service ever
-The manager does not care about its customers, they just want your money

They give you gone off chicken

I placed a £70 order with these butchers and I was given gone off chicken. After complaining on several occasions by calling and email the manager, I was fobbed off and no one replies back to me.

I called the shop owner (Noori) and he said they have changed their temperature control bags and no longer offer the ice packs to keep the food cool and therefore the chicken provided is not fresh.

My mother in law and sister have also faced the same issue in the past couple of months!

I would NOT recommend.

I have ordered from here twice

I have ordered from here twice, and have had meat delivered to Norfolk. I think it's fantastic, I am a real BBQ fanatic, and the marinated meats have lifted by BBQ's to a whole new level. We also ordered the 5kg chicken which is great.
I phoned them this afternoon to ask if it were possible to request some orders a little milder, and the gentleman said that was no problem and to add it in text as a request on the order. Brilliant service, thank you.

AVOID AND ORDER ELSEWHERE

Avoid this place !

I wish I checked the reviews on Noori Halal Butchers, E12 before ordering from their website @ onlinemeatshop.com. They offered local same day delivery and the steaks were reasonably priced.

These guys are crooks and the lesson is you get what you pay for !

The meat quality was POOR. The colouring of the ribeye looked like it had been defrosted and the Picanha might have been the worst tasting whole steak I have bought so far in greater london. I was cheated like many others with weight (meant to be 500g packets, total 1500g - actual weight was 400g packets, total 1250g ).

Ironically I just read the last review before posting this that called Muhammad Hussain (The Owner) a rude person, which is 100% true.

I called in the morning of my delivery to ask for a 5/6PM delivery time to cook for my sisters birthday. I called multiple times and at 10PM received a text from Hussain's staff that my order was delivered at the wrong address and they will deliver early tomorrow.

The next day, Hussain called me after 5PM apologising that his staff had lied to me about the delivering to a wrong address & he said that the driver is going to deliver in 1.5hr time. After 2.5hrs, I call him being frustrated saying I will leave this review and then he threatens to call his driver and cancel the delivery !

Quality and integrity at its lowest

Initially used this service during lockdown and they were great. I decided to order again recently…First I received constant missed calls while at work with no messages/voicemails left, when I had to time to call back there was no answer - I eventually got through and it was regarding an item that was out of stock which is fine I just requested it be taken off my bill and asked for confirmation my order will be delivered the next day as selected when I placed the order online. The man explained that it would know be the following day as they had not packed my order because of the out of stock item. Very frustrating as I was not going to be home the following day until the evening. The man reassured me the delivery will be after 5pm. I expressed my disappointment as I had selected the specific date for a reason and this was an unnecessary inconvenience but accepted it. Then the following day I get an email saying my order is being shipped and will be delivered at 2pm. Raw meat on a warm day and I am at the office. Again another failed promise. Lastly I rushed home early just to unpack the order and see that the half sheep was absolutely tiny and no mince was given. I double checked my receipt and I definitely ordered for mince to be given. The coriander was wilted and had no fragrance.

I am not an unreasonable customer. If you advertise a particular service then that is what should be fulfilled. If you state that delivery is next day 5pm-9pm then that should be adhered to. And most importantly the produce should be of quality and not a complete rip off! Extremely disappointed

I ordered two times from this platform…

I ordered two times from this platform and I must say they are the best. Products were really of high quality and their customer service was exceptional. They mistakenly sent one item wrong and when asked for return they didnot only returned my item but exchanged it in full without any additional cost. Hamza dealt with my order and he's so nice and helpful. Hats off to you Hamza and online meat shop. Will surely order again.

Never again

Issues with delivery, not responding to emails or calls. Chicken was rotten and stinky so had to chuck it right away. Meet was not cold but room temperature. Total waste of my money and time. Never again.

Ordered Goat meat and the quality was…

Ordered Goat meat and the quality was very poor. When I spoke the company they weirdly asked me to send the picture and later asked to weigh the piece. I asked for large cut but got smaller. Also the quality was not good and looked old and was not fresh. They refunded £12 and when I asked in what basis £12 was refunded there was no answer.

These people In Ilford lane noori butchers shop talks about peoples private life they mixed with 0ne of the old customer one of the staff member took his side when he was talking about my marriage it’s customers private life it’s got nothing to do with them and some people like to stay single they have no right to talk about the customers private life they were so rude to me anyway I told them you have lost a customer I m not coming back to this shop again I was so sad and upset that day I still can not get over it thinking about it.
