Great service - had a few goes at getting the right code for my fiat radio but communicated frequently and even consulted the radio manufacturer on my behalf to solve the issue. Helped me find the serial number first. Once I had found it, the process was seamless. As it was online there was a frisson of doubt as the code was input followed by delight as the radio fired up.
