I just got a used radio to replace my radio that was broken. great price quick responce some of the established companys could not provide this ford v code

Was told by the seat dealer the only way to retrieve code was to fit to car then go in with diagnostics to retrieve code as they did not have it on database. After going to the dealer on two occasions they still couldn't retrieve code , saying they could not communicate with the system, got fed up and emailed this company and was very surprised to find in my inbox the next morning the code for said system, punched it in.
Perfect,working fine and also cheaper than the dealer's. Thanks again guys
