Same story as the rest of those who have been scammed! Ordered through Paypal and so of course the scammers have the money. However, I don't have the 2 dog beds I ordered last month!

Fraud!! Ordered a dog bed still waiting!!

Payed for a dog bed thru PayPal so I figured it was safe it looks like I got robbed also.
These over seas crooked company’s surfing on the web have to stop!
Don’t know if I will ever get my money back.
Doubt it.

I ordered 3 pet beds on Dec 31st and never received them. Trying to get my money back through pay pal !! Disgusted to say the least!!! Obviously from the comments I am now seeing, I'm not alone. SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered two of these calming dog beds. The ad should of read calming rugs. You could of bought a plush rug and got the same effect. I ordered mine on Jan 5, 2020 recieved them Jan 18 2020. They came in a 12×12 bag. That sent up the first red flag. I thought oh it's only one Inside it was in a spacebag two of them. REALLY! You could of bought a shag rug and had the same effect as I said before. I put my foot in the middle all I could feel was the hard floor. Trying to get my money back through paypal.

I ordered a dog bed and it was paid for through PayPal on 01/06/2020. They have my money, but I don’t have my dog’s bed. I have not received an acknowledgement from either PayPal or the company selling the bed. My only option is to contact the Better Business Bureau and report these fraudulent practices. I ordered and payed in good faith that I would receive my purchase immediately since they took my money immediately. I’ll be surprised if they post this review.

Same as below, bought a dog bed that was never delivered. I will post on FaceBook this scammer. Never buy from Face book again. PayPal another disgrace

These people are frauds they take your money and never ship your merchandise. They also go under gadgets group frauds. They use PayPal through Facebook they are frauds do not use them I have to dispute file against them trying to get my refund.

With all the reviews on this page I can't even imagine how many people have been scammed. I thought Facebook was better than that, but even with literally dozens of contacts telling them the issue, they still continue to endorse companies that don't even exist!! I'm out $50 which was gift money from Christmas and it just galls me that there's nothing else I can do. People are horrible.

I wish I’d seen these reviews! I too ordered from link on Facebook a dog bed and pet toilet from December 13. Cannot get in touch with company. I email them several times but haven’t gotten a response. I’m talking to PayPal and also my bank. These people are Scammers! Buyers Beware!

I had to join the crowd, as I ordered a pet bed on December 21 and still have not received it I also noticed that they took my money. I plan on waiting another couple weeks, as some said it takes a while to get... If I don't get it, I will take this up with PayPal. ridiculous....

I have now received my item and my dog loves his new bed, it just took awhile to get... Love the pet bed...

Like others who made contact with this seemingly legit business, I, too have not been contacted regarding a legitimate purchase. I have not received a confirmation of my purchase nor has it been possible to contact this business. Let it be known that the payment was honored by Pay Pal immediately. Interesting because I did use this method of payment. I contacted Pay Pal but have not made contact with a live person. I will begin my own investigation tomorrow. I don’t like being duped. My bad for ordering online.

Scam. Used PayPal funds withdrawn no beds (2). Do not go near them.

Ordered 2 dog beds at the beginning of December and have yet to see them. No information was given to me by the company so I have no clue whether it has shipped or not. Ridiculous! Would have given NO STARS if I could.

I ordered the bed and seemed as if it was taking forever to arrive. After reading the reviews, I was quite worried I would not see my dogs Comfy Bed, however today it arrived and she loves it. I gave 4 stars because I wrote an email and no one answered nor did I receive any sort of tracking info. We are so happy it arrived!!

I too ordered bed....emailed company, no response. Contacted PayPal and they are working it. I have to wait a few weeks for company to email, if no email PayPal will reverse charges.

I wish I had read these reviews first. I also ordered a dog bed and have not received any shipping information nor have I received a response from this company. I should have known better. I cannot believe Facebook allows people to advertise on their site knowing they are scamming people Just For the love of money in their pockets for advertising fees. Is Facebook that desperate for more money that they allow this. I’m glad I’m only out 35.00. It could be worse and the lesson has been learned. Amazing tho i finally received the product, so the only issue i have is that there is no communications with us from this company to let us know anything about shipping or delays.

Placed an order for an alloy steel drum, paid for expedited shipping, and there has been zero attempt from the company to respond to my inquiries or provide the product - but they certainly charged me for it. There is no phone number or website. Do not make the same mistake I made. This is robbery. I'm disgusted with Paypal and Facebook for having endorsed this product.
