Wish i read these reviews first. Paid 39.90 for a dog bed... Never received it like so many others.

They are scammers! PayPal should red flag them with all these complaints! I also was scammed out if $100.00! For a tounge drum as well. I also tried to contact thses con artists via email with no luck!

Scam...Scam...do not buy anything from them. I ordered $34.85 of merchandise from them. Never received. Placed a protest on my credit card. Let them deal with these scam artists.

I would give them one star for their success in scamming so many people. My daughter sent me a link to order a tongue drum $68.98 from Brightstore. Somehow when I went to pay, it came through these guys. It was debited from my account for $69.98. I never received the drum. I notified my bank, then pay pal on the phone forever attempting to explain that pay pal was debited for starshop HU in this amount. They had no record and could not help me. This is extremely disheartening and frustrating, I looked up starshop and found all these scam reviews.... Rediculous!

Haven't seen the product yet here 2 weeks after. But they took the money from my account. And now they have my card information, so could they take more in the future?

Wish there was a no star option. Scammer fake company (Hong Kong) Never received my order, but they charged my credit card. Paypal says there's nothing they can do.

I ordered on 9-21. 3 dog beds and never received them contacting bank today

I ordered one received in 2 weeks. Went by their recommended size chart. TOO Small! Would like to exchange it but they leave NO CONTACT information. Facebook should be more responsible. SMH

I ended up on this site when I saw the item on Facebook.I ordered a small and a large, I kept backing up looking for any indication of the shipping options. Expecting to at some point to see the options I kept on with order. That was 3 days ago. PayPal has responded and sent me a receipt, but there is no way to actually contact the shipper. They have yet to send an acknowledgment of the order, an estimated time of delivery, or any tracking info.

Ordered dog bed online 11/11 from Starshophub, $39.99. They withdrew funds from my account. No delivery. Now they claim they never had an item at that price. SCAM COMPANY. I contacted PayPal who said they had no record of my purchase, yet they withdrew money from account. Contacted my bank today and filed a dispute. Lets see where it goes.

I was skeptical at first. We bought our dog bed through one of those Instagram ads. I had to follow up as it did take a while to receive, but we did finally receive our item. Our dogs absolutely love the dog bed. It envelopes them and is so cozy. The material is super soft and plush.

On 9/24/19 my wife ordered a Marshmellow cat bed on facebook. Your company withdrew from our acct., that day for $32.49 and a second fee for .36 cents.
We have yet to receive our cat bed. She is getting the runaround here as she ordered direct from fb and not the cat bed site. We have your withdrawal from our acct on 9/24, but absolutely No satisfaction of service. Thus , our one star review. Never again! I hope noone else falls for this, but BUYER BEWARE!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I ordered 1 item fo rour rescue. When it arrived it was defective. They would never respond to my email requesting a replacement. I finally turned it in to paypal. After almost 2 months (on the very last day of allowed response) they requested that I send the item back (my expense no less to China) and then I wait again in hopes of getting another one.
No thank you. These people are just scammers. DON'T FALL FOR IT. If I could give them 1/2 star I would.

My Experience with this POO POO company is as a customer you are not right they will allways think about PROFIT before you as a paying Customer,If you cancel your order and want a refund it has to be there way which they have wrote them selves saying if you make a refund you have to pay more money to get your Refund back be leave me this is TOTAL WRONG and is against the Bloody Law.So what it does show you is BEWARE of this site because they will sell you OVER Priced Chinese CRAP!!!!

For me to return a $15 item that hurt me to wear on my feet. They wanted me to pay $38 in shipping ! This company Star Shop Hub is a scam. Do not order from them !
