overall we had a good expiriance using your site.
We did not like the fact that we paid a deposit before getting confirmation for the apartment we wanted.
It would be advisable if you could only show accommodation that is available.

Easy booking experience. Useful information provided.
Very unhelpful. The site doesn't clearly set out all the costs involved. When we called to speak to customer services, the lady was very unhelpful and put the phone down. They didn't want to seem to accommodate any requests. Seems like a money making exercise. Will not be making any future bookings through them.

For making it even better I recommend adding the owner's details (like in Housetrip - for example) so it's possible to ask the owner directly about the property prior booking.
Easy booking with immediate confirmation response. The whole process took moments and couldn't have been more straightforward.

We use this company every time when we are going somewhere. There are a lot of different apartments for choosing.
It was and quick and easy to carry out. Once completion of booking I received a completion email. Then within 10 minutes I had received another email from the owners of the apartment with all the important information.

I booked this cool apt in Barcelona. I had many questions. They never answered. Thought it was a scam at first. Then the agency that actually is renting out the apt answered right away. They even went out of their way to do some research for me. Great service! If I only knew, I would of booked through them directly. I did read that Only-apt use a long time to reply. But really..... I will not use Only-apt again. And I will tell everybody I know not to do the same!!!

Frustration with not being able to only see your "likes" apartment on the map so as to compare locations
We've booked twice with Only-apartments (Berlin and Madrid) and we haven't any problem.
Communication has been a problem. I had questions about my reservation and still have not heard back from the owner.
