This company cannot be trusted. They cancelled our booking, did not tell us and have failed to return our deposit. If you read the posts on their facebook page you can see they have done this to many many people.

Dont`t book here
Dont`t book here! They just cancelled our apartment in London, and cant`t help us find alternatives. We leave in 5 weeks and have no place to live. Others have had the same problems as you can see on their Facebook page.

There are many short-stay apartment …
There are many short-stay apartment agencies out there and I've tried 6 or 7 of them (I lump all the homeaway companies together because they are indeed the same). My spouse and I are on a 6-month extended vacation in Europe, moving about every few weeks and I now start my home search with o-a because on the whole I find they attract more reasonably priced apartments. The landlords include all the info I look for on the o-a site, which I would guess shows good stewarding by the agency. I also like their fine print better. We have never had a problem with a landlord / flat yet in the half-dozen rentals we've done through Only-apartments.

Good and trustworthy company
It is a good and trustworthy company. We tried other sites on internet, but this one worked for us the best, as it had so big choice from apartments, prices, comfort, features etc. Also communication was excellent, We are definitely going to use the site again. And yes - there was 3 days money back guarantee... just in case. Loved the experience
