Recently rented the blue daisy nadine merabi dress for a wedding, arrived on time and in immaculate condition. So easy to return with the pre labelled return bag. Would definitely use only once dress hire again.

Had a perfect experience with OODH. Lottie sent me a hand written note with the dress which I thought was lovely and the dress arrived on time and in perfect condition. I absolutely loved the Rat & Boa dress I borrowed - I took it on my honeymoon and felt amazing.

Lottie also sent me a preaddressed and paid for return bag (biodegradable) which made returning the dress easy. She then sent me a text to say it had been received - another personal touch and gave me confidence in renting from her. Would 100% recommend!

Brilliant dresses and arrived exactly on time. Really easy to post back.

Rented the Rat &Boa Santiago dress, it arrived early and in perfect condition and returning was really easy!

I had taken the items away for a holiday and got delayed on the way home therefore couldn’t post the items back on time but Lottie was very understanding, friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Only Once Dress Hire! The dress I rented fit perfectly and the service was incredible.
I was texted by Lottie when the dress was shipped and she let me know that because there were a tiny imperfection they included a complimentary back up dress! which I thought was a lovely touch. I couldn’t see any imperfections by the way.

The return was also super easy as they included a pre-paid bag to return the dresses in!

Really happy with the dress as well, I felt really confident in it all day! Will definitely be returning for my next big event ❤️

Lottie was professional from the start even when the original dress didn’t fit she got the next size sent to me before my date to wear it. Very cost efficient for expensive and classy fashion! I would highly recommend this service it was five star from start to finish!💕

Great quality dress and really fast delivery - i hired for 8 days before my friends wedding so i had time to check it fits (and buy another if not) and it arrived way before my hire start date which meant i had plenty of time to decide and i loved it.
