I had the best experience in renting a dress for a very special occasion! Lottie provides an absolutely faultless service. The dress arrived promptly and beautifully packaged with a handwritten note. A delightful touch! The dress itself was perfect and I felt amazing in it. Only Once Dress Hire was exceptional in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and to use their service for my next rental. Brilliant communication Lottie is amazing!

Lottie & Only Once has been amazing from the get go. This was my first time renting a dress for a close family wedding. I am between sizes which nearly put me off trying renting due to the short notice of being able to find something else - but Lottie was great, she sent the dresses out a couple of days earlier than expected & sent a complimentary back up dress due to a couple of creases in the L’idee I had ordered. The back up option is great and definitely worth doing!

Iv never had so many compliments on a dress, I felt very Carrie Bradshaw. Also knowing that nobody else is likely wearing the same thing ordered from ASOS etc (& better for the planet!!)

I needed a dress for a formal last minute and found this website online, I ordered the dress and it came the next day! The dress was in excellent condition and came with a bag to return it. At first I was hesitant about hiring a dress from a hire website but the rat & boa dress I wanted for my 30th has been sold out for months so I decided if I wanted to be fabulous this was the only way how. I think I always thought whatever you got from a hire website wouldn’t have that Brand new look but I was totally mistaken. The dress came and you never ever would have thought it had been worn before. It arrived 2 days early which I really appreciated because I was worried I might have to find back up if it didn’t fit but it fit like a glove !!! Lottie has been super attentive, the customer service has been brilliant. I am thrilled with the service OODH have given me and I have advised all of my friends go down this route now rather than wasting money on things we’ll never wear again (most women are like this, admit it) :P thank you so so much ! You will be seeing more of me in the near future.
