Very decent, prompt solicitors with solid ethics and reasonable cost for their services. Process is quite straightforward but for newbies or people with no previous experience is might be too much to handle without proper guidance.

Charlie who has taken care about my purchase is very experienced indeed and she has replied promptly and acted really professionally. Sometimes instructions could be clearer and much more straightforward for new buyers but she clearly knows what is needed and when to act.

There was about 2 weeks delay in the process which I did not like at all but it is questionnable if other solicitors could avoided that delay or not.
