Initially, my experience with them was smooth and straightforward. Not until 3 days before completion date, I was told that they can no longer act on our behalf.
And their reason was unacceptable as we were not told in the early days that the issue will create a major problem towards the end.
So disappointing.

Really good and efficient. They made the whole process simple. They also have an app which allows you to see what needs doing and highlight where in the process you are.
