Strider helps the candidate throughout the process, not only during the interviews but also helping on some bureaucratic steps that are usually required. During the entire process, you are always talking to real people, instead of having conversations with bots.

The most humanized selection process…
The most humanized selection process I've ever participated in my entire life. Strider took care not only of the steps prior to the presentation to the client, but also continued to accompany me even after joining the company. It has humanized interviews, tests that really test your acquaintance, not to mention the extremely constructive feedback. It exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. On a scale of 0 to 10, Strider's score is 1000, without any doubt.

Strider is a GREAT hiring platform focused on building relationships between companies and developers.
The process is super simple and, as a Developer, I think they bring a lot to the table, plus, questions are always welcome even after you are hired.
Here is how my process went. We got in touch and after a number of ideas we moved to the technical assessment. From the assessment, we moved to a preparation interview where Strider learnt more about my background and goals. After this step, interviews started to happen and now I work at my Dream Job.

The technical assessment was fun and without limits. It could be done in any structure or language I wanted, plus, they give very detailed feedback on every assessment that is submitted. Needless to say, it is one of the most significant feedback I've ever had.
The interview preparation (after the assessment) was great. Strider aligned my expectations, listened to every tiny piece of my story and helped me with strategies to better present myself. At this step, my talent agent helped me look into my own story and see my strengths. It was a life-changing moment.
They're very thoughtful
During my whole process, I was very attentively welcomed by Strider. Although I couldn't get a job yet, I did 3 interviews and that increased my professional experience a lot.
I loved the way that they did the process and I really believe that they're doing everything they can to lead me to victory.
I still believe that they will get me a very good job.
