I initially thought i'd had a good experience with OnTheWheel as a brand new rider. They were seemingly knowledgeable, not pushy and made the experience quiet easy.

Unfortunately however, I have since learned that the bike I bought was overpriced and their aftercare has been pretty terrible.

I had some concerns about my bike and instead of saying that'd test ride and look at it, they just wanted to send me to P&H Crawley and shirk the responsibility.

I am now ready to sell my bike and they are ignoring all of my communication, they did say they'd be happy to buy the bike back when i was ready to upgrade. Just plane rude.

Excellent store! Some of the best bikes at the best price I’ve seen. The salesman are very helpful with finding your specific needs and wants in a bike and make sure you leave with exactly that! Was very fun. Candy store.

Been after a scooter for ages and saw one I liked the look of on their website just before Christmas. Popped down to the showroom in Southwick and 2 weeks later it's mine. This is my first time of using this motorcycle dealer, I found from my first phone call that they are very helpful. When I arrived I met a salesman Lenny Partridge who was a pleasure to meet, he gave me all the info that I wanted and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. After my experience with them I would be happy to use again and recommend them.

Went in today to look at my first moped... lenny was super helpful put me at ease and helped by answering all my questions... really helpful as this is my first bike and I didn't have a clue what I was looking at what was best for me left feeling really happy with my decision and service I received

I brought a bike form onthewheel last year sadly this was written off after a accident. Lenny Partridge was great last year so i retuned this year to have a look at a bike. Lenny was on hand again to help with all my questions and i have purchased another bike i can't thank Lenny Partridge enough for his great service.

I had great experience with On the Wheels, I bought a new bike at a great discounted price and with a small deposit to reserve and Lenny Partridge was very helpful in answering my questions, he was very concise and quick to get back to me. I felt very secure in buying motorcycle from them unlike my previous experience with some other vendor.
