Honest, straight forward purchase. Very helpful sales staff, I have bought two bikes from On The Wheel and have been very happy with both of them.

I spoke to Lennie who came across as very professional who listened to my needs and answered my questions and gave additional information.
I felt confident that I was dealing with the right company and making the right choice and decided to go ahead almost immediately.

I bought a Honda Rebel from On The Wheel and I was really impressed by the whole experience. Lenny helped me in the store with advice and details about the bike I was interested in and once I had made up my mind to purchase the Honda Rebel he continued to make the whole process seamless. We corresponded by email and Lenny was always quick to answer any queries. It was a pleasure going to pick up the bike and Lenny went through all the workings of the bike before I left. I am very happy with my purchase and looking forward to many rides on my new bike

It took me many visits to decide what bike I wanted and it was great to be able to talk through the various pro's and cons with Dan. Order process was very easy and the bike arrived very quickly. Am super happy with it!!!

Dan and Justin were brilliant and non-pushy but well-informed customer service. I brought my daughter into the store to view a scooter she saw on the website; they left us to it unless we needed help. We arrived very late to OTW and even so, weren’t hurried or pressured - quite the opposite in fact. Brilliant salesman Dan answered all of our questions (of which there were many!) and when my husband phoned following the weekend to order the bike, everything was handled perfectly. Really really excellent company to deal with and when I’ve decided what bike to get, I’ll be going to them and in particular, to Dan! 11 out of 10!!
