Dan was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I haven't been on a bike for nearly 40 years and thought I knew what I wanted - but Dan encouraged me to try out many different bikes - which I did, over and over! He wasn't pushy but was very helpful when I asked him anything. I ended up with a bike I was very happy with, and my wife found one too! A huge thank you to Dan.

This motorcycling shop is a hidden gem on the Sussex coast in Portslade (they also have a smaller shop in Brighton). The Portslade shop is where I am buying my next bike. After visiting a few times now, I can confidently say that it has exceeded all my expectations.
From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed by the friendly staff who clearly share the same enthusiasm for motorcycles and riding as their customers. Their knowledge about bikes is impressive, and they were more than happy to answer all my queries, helping me find the perfect scooter for my needs.

Furthermore, their prices are competitive, and they often run fantastic promotions and discounts that make their already affordable products even more attractive.
If your short on funds they can arrange finance as well. As someone who loves a good deal, I couldn't be happier with my purchases.
The shop's ambiance is also worth mentioning. It exudes an inviting and relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to spend quite sometime browsing their collection. I found myself lingering around the shop, soaking in the motorcycling vibes and loved the Indian bobber bike that was there (maybe next time) as my purchase was a good quality secondhand Yamaha xmax300 .

I was looking for a specific motorbike model at the Southwick branch, but it was not available on the day of my visit. Lenny was very helpful and found that the exact model I wanted was coming in just a week later. He sent me photos and details of the bike. I went ahead with the sale and Lenny made the finance/handover process very easy and smooth. Great experience for my first motorbike purchase! :D

Further to my recent review giving a 5 star rating for Lenny the salesman at Onthewheel, when I bought my Honda.
I returned a few days later as I kept hearing a funny knocking noise which was worrying me. Although Lenny couldn't hear the noise. He still booked the scooter in for inspection. The following morning the mechanic phoned to say that he had taken the drive assembly apart but could not see anything amiss. I collected it and so far, after using for several days, there is NO funny knocking noise. Something must have been a bit loose and got tightened in the re-assembly. Much praise again to Lenny and co: for not dismissing me as paranoid and returning me to 100% satisfaction with my beautiful Honda sh 125.

Was attended by Dan today who done the handover of my yamaha MT 125. Talked me threw the bike and was very helpful and attentive to my questions

I was helped to make my first motorbike purchase by Dan . He told his time to explain the different type of models in the Mutt range . After choosing the model I liked the look of he demonstrated how wonderful it sounded. He then talked me through the process of buying the motor bike and what would happen next . His communication throughout was very good and I could ring him if I needed any more help/advice. Unfortunately Dan was unavailable to hand over the bike to me , but he arranged for Lenny to do the hand over . Lenny who I had spoken to before was again very helpful and knowledgeable about the model I had chosen and he gave me a detailed explanation of the bike controls and how to check the oil and to adjust the chain . All in all the guys at On the wheel are very willing to help and answered any questions I had and the experience went very smoothly indeed.
