A great showroom with a lot of variety. Dan was very helpful and had lots of knowledge on the bike i was looking at. Putting my order in today.

Great when buying but not so great a week later after being unhappy with brand new bike offered me less than half what I paid for it AFTER ONE WEEK OF OWNERSHIP

Very helpful team, full of advice. Showroom was so clean and tidy with great selection of new & used bikes. Dan's knowledge of bikes was great. Although we weren't ready to buy right now we left with loads of ideas for future bikes and how to go about it.

In my quest for a new bike i contacted several dealers who in the main never even bothered to respond. I had never used "On the wheel" before coming across their advert on the web via google.
When i contacted them, they responded quickly and efficiently. I was put in touch with Dan Mear, of their sales team.
I can only ay Dan made the whole process easy throughout the entire journey from order to collection. He dealt with my never ending list of question and alterations to my order without complaint.
Buying a new bike is a life style purchase, which seems to be a fact that's overlooked by so many companies. If your in t emarket for a new or used bike then i can only highly recommend you get in touch with this company and ask for Dan. Great service and a competitive price whilst making the whole process enjoyable.

I have just purchased a scooter 🛵 from Onthewheel and found the whole experience really good, the team were very helpful, particularly Lenny Partridge who organised a video walk around so I could have a thorough tour. He also managed to do a deal on the delivery 🚚 which is great 👍🏽

I was very well attended by the employees and the whole process to finance my motorcycle was fast, I highly recommend it.

I went into the store several weeks ago looking at the Suzuki V-Strom 650 models. Dan was really helpful, despite it being busy and late in the day, and gave me some no pressure options. I went with a brand new one which was ordered in, and Dan was great with running through extras and getting a decent price overall.
Communication was excellent, with prompt email replies to all my queries.
When the bike was ready, Lenny was in the store to do the handover and was also great - helpful and friendly, and set me on my way!
Overall, I would certainly recommend. With the current deal on some new Suzukis which gives free servicing for 2 years and an extended warranty, On the Wheel is a great place to buy new, and all the staff are approachable and helpful (cheers Dan and Lenny).

Great service from Lenny and the team who helped me with the purchase of my bike and getting me on the road. Took time to talk me through settings to help me get the bike home safely.

Spoke to mr Lenny Partridge on the phone first he was very polite and helpful . He was the same when we met in person he listened and new what he was talking about.

I picked up my new Sinnis gpx 125 today, I first saw the bike on auto trader knew there was a good deal on the bike and enquired about it via email. Walking into the shop was very clean and tidy, fabulous bikes on display, special thankyou to Dan M, was very helpful and kind in emailing and piecing together the documents and handoff. Getting on the bike I had some trouble touching the floor but Dan and the workshop team kindly dampened the suspension so I had more leeway. The ride back home was really enjoyable, really proud of what I’ve achieved. Thanks again to on the wheel team for sorting out the bike for me. Can’t fault anything, answered all my questions correctly.

I was guided through amazingly and clearly by Lenny . From enquiring to purchasing till delivery everything was a breeze. This was my first purchase and I live in North. I did everything via telephone and online . The whole process was genuine and trustworthy. I intend to purchase another Suzuki 125 address soon and despite the distance I would go back to them only.

Dan was excellent. He was polite, informative and very and patient. As a owner of classic motorcycles he explained and guided me to a very good modern motorcycle. I would recommend Onthewheel to other customers by the way Dan made my purchase a good experience.

I went in to the shop to see what kind of deal I could get on an exchange with my bike, not expecting to find much. Dan welcomed me, remembered my name and asked what he could help me with.
He showed me round a couple of bikes, with no pressure or hard sell. Sat me down and went through the numbers for my bike and what they could do in the way of exchange.
I was pleasantly surprised by the offer and walked away to come back two hours later to collect my new bike.. It couldn't have been simpler. I would recommend them to everyone. Particular thanks to Dan for making it all so simple.
