I don’t really do reviews, but this is one of those times where I felt I had to because great service deserves recognition.

Buying a home is one of the biggest and most stressful things we've done, and I can honestly say Opendoor Mortgages made the whole experience so much easier than I expected.

A huge thank you to Faisal Noor (Mortgage Partner) and Gemma Bellfield (Mortgage Administrator). From day one, they both went above and beyond for me. They were always honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the application. No matter how many questions I had or how stressed I got at times, they always responded quickly, reassured me with facts, and kept things moving.

What stood out most was that I never felt like just another case, they genuinely cared and made me feel supported throughout the whole journey. Their communication and professionalism took away so much of the pressure that comes with buying a home.

I went through OpenDoor Mortgages for my remortgage and my main point of contact was Faisal Noor. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through all the relevant options and advice. Everything was processed quickly and with real attention to detail.

I also have to give a shout-out to Hayley Humphrey, who provided excellent additional support and kept me informed throughout the application process.

Gemma Bellfield was also a start throughout the process. Once the offer was made, she pro-actively kept me informed of the process and how things are progressing.

A special mention for the company's online portal too — it was slick and intuitive, making it easy to upload documents and track the progress of my mortgage offer in real time.

My 2 year fixed mortgage rate is ending next month, so I recently went through the renewal process with Faisal Noor.

I am a contractor and have also changed jobs recently, which meant my options were a bit more limited, but Faisal Noor still managed to secure a really good deal with a great interest rate which is brilliant. He kept me updated throughout and made the whole process much easier than I expected.
