After purchasing Window's 11 Home (Retail) I had problems activating the product. Opensmarttech helped me via WhatsApp to find the solution. Smooth process and great assistance. I am not the most computer savvy person so I was a bit worried about the set up process. However, they make it really easy for their customers. They offer you step by step support from the moment you purchase the product to completion of installation. They are super quick at responding to whatsapp messages and ask you to send pics of the various screens giving you all the relevant advice. You can also call them so customer support is really good.

I purchased a product for my assignment and it was as described and worked perfectly. One good thing is that the customer service at opensmart are so good and responsive that, they make sure the product is working perfectly before they leave you. It can't be better than that, cheers keep it up

I've only just started using computers again after two decades so my knowledge is less than it was when I did but I was given step by step help which I couldn't have done without. Also a reasonable price for the product I purchased.

I was a bit cautious because there were some warnings on the internet about the site, not based on actual evidence more like dodgy warning signs. However I purchased Microsoft Project 2019 anyway. 1st down load did not work, after I reported that, I got second one, a full 4gig image disc. I had trouble with this one and decided because of the warnings I might just take the hit and leave it. However the support team contacted me and talked me through the process and explained why I had to install office 2019 first. So I followed all the instructions the guy gave me and now have a fully functioning Project 2109 licensed and recognised by my Windows Office 365, with everything else working and up to date as before. Probably the quickest and most effective, on the ball, on line....well they phoned me on whats app, service I ever had. Only reason not 5 stars was the original down loads not working which very nearly made me not go ahead.
