I purchased the package and used the key and the only part I can access is word when I try to access the rest of the package it states key already used and can only use on one basically operating system and I cannot use on another system. Der I only downloaded to one system... So really annoyed cannot access rest of package.

I ordered Microsoft Project and Visio. I did not receive any immediate email after the order. Tried to call several times but went to voicemail. Eventually WhatsApp messaged and got a reply. This took two days. However I did then receive everything and all went ok

Great remote customer/install support
So, i purchased windows software from Opensmarttech and had some issues in activiating it, most probably because i'm not tech savvy.....however the online support team spent a lot of time with me and rectified my problem. They were very patient and efficient. Refreshingly so if i'm honest in this day and age. Bravo and thanks so much :)
