Terrible company I placed an order for a 3 piece jewellery set and was told one of the bracelets was not in stock, I have since written to them 3 times with regards to receiving the 3rd bracelet however no reply and no bracelet has arrived yet! avoid

If I could give zero stars I would!! I ordered a necklace and bangle bundle, only received the necklace which was poor quality and definitely not worth what it cost! Emailed them to arrange a refund which they accepted, so I returned it early September and heard absolutely nothing since! Contacted them numerous times with no response and no refund. Avoid like the plague! Wish I saw the reviews before I ordered. Really disappointing!

Ordered a necklace and bracelet, only the bracelet was received and no response to my requests for information regarding the missing necklace. Having seen other similar recent reviews, it appears this company is a scam. Avoid!

Wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. Only received 1 item which was absolute rubbish and not as advertised. Contacted Opes Robur on different platforms and no response. Do not order. You will lose your money! It is a scam. Do report to Trading Standards in the UK.

Would give zero stars if it was possible. Sent completely the wrong item that is clearly worth way less than I paid and absolutely zero customer service to resolve it. They did send an email to say they would send the correct order but absolute radio silence since. Do not trust this company, I’m not even sure it is real!!

Shocking service, I would avoid at all costs!!! Because it will cost you!! Ordered a necklace, took 2 weeks to arrive, chain was twisted and unwearable, requested a refund and sent item back, still waiting for a refund with absolutely no correspondence from the company whatsoever. I would look elsewhere for a company with better quality products and customer service that isn't as non existent as Opes Robur!!!!

I ordered two jewellery bundles as gifts. I received one which is really bad quality, piece of rubbish really.
I still haven’t received the second bundle and have tried contacting Opes Robus on several platforms with no response.
Please do not buy from this scam site, you’ll just be sending money for nothing.

My necklace broke after 2 wears. Contacted them to ask for a refund and surprise surprise completely ignored. Don’t waste your money peeps. Poor quality and even worse service.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I ordered x 2 sets circa.. 4 weeks ago now- I have not received any product from them at all- I have sent a lot of emails and I mean a lot, to which I have received not one response even though they clearly state they will respond to all mails within 72 hours..... The contact email address they give is no longer in use so you have to go through their website. Tried phoning but no answer regardless of the time you call. AVOID at all costs, social media sites should also remove their advertisements as they DO NOT provide the products they advertise just take your money.......

Worst service from this company, which is a shame because the jewellery is beautiful (when it arrives on time and if it doesn't break....)

Both me and friends are done with this brand. They constantly delete comments from Instagram and ignore you, and the customer service via the website is non existent.

You are given a serial number and "lifetime guarantee" for your item, but when it breaks they don't give a damn and do nothing.

This company won't go the distance unless they increase operations to handle the capacity of business that their over-egged marketing campaigns generate.

I hope they get it together, because I support small businesses, being a business owner myself.

Currently, it's a mess.

Well what can I say….. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Had to rate it 1 star but if I could it wouldn’t get a rating!
I ordered the silver necklace bundle over a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. The email they note no longer works and the chat function is also rubbish. I’ve now raised a chargeback with my bank to get my money back. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!
Terrible company!!

Shocking! Partial delivery.. little to no customer service. Was told the order would be split delivery as 1 item was delayed and never received the 2nd item. No longer reply to any emails, or online chat.
Wouldn’t buy from here

Do not buy cheap rubbish had to wait to long for items to arrive when they did could not get bangles on far to small and necklace clasp was broken took three emails before they responded with an address then I had to pay to send back still waiting for them to send me my refund even though they have received the items back would definitely not recommend this company

i ordered a necklace and bracelet i received one and not the other came in the worse packaging i have ever seen the necklace is ok quality and that's that i have tried to get a response but no nothing there is no way of contacting them at all .don't waste your money i wish i had looked on Trustpilot first

Admittedly I should have checked GENUINE reviews before purchasing from Opes Robur.

I got drawn in by the pretty advertising on instagram, their so called '50k+ happy customers' and 'designed for life' jewellery, and their flashy website.

When I first received my 2 items of 'high quality' jewellery (which cost 83.30GPB might I add) it arrived in a flimsy paper envelope, not even lined with bubblewrap.

The bracelet was far too big for me so I tried to contact them for a return. Managed to sort it out myself but no returns label was sent to my e-mail. Eventually got a response through their 'chat with us' model (which is god awful - there is literally no other way to contact these elusive people) saying that their returns system was down and to sort it out myself.

In the meantime, the necklace, which I had decided to keep, broke after two wears. (Just want to add in that the necklace, although cute, doesn't feel like it's worth 59GPB and I was glad at the time I didn't pay full price for it.) Understanding that Opes Robur offer a lifetime warranty I decided to try and contact them again through the abysmal 'chat with us' and eventually got a friendly response that YES I could send it back with the bracelet I wish to return. -this little conversation with 2 maybe 3 responses from Opes Robur is spanning over several weeks now. Had I known it would be so terrible I would have screenshot every message I sent them so I could have timestamps-

I post them off with little notes (saying which was to be refunded and which was to be replaced) with the original item numbers provided, sent off first class priority tracked and signed for. They received and signed for the item next day. It has been 2 weeks. I have tried several times to contact Opes Robur and I haven't heard a single thing. I've had no confirmation of receipt. I have had no response from the 'chat with us'. No acknowledgement whatsoever.

So, now am I not only out of pocket of 83.30GBP plus 6.85GPB for returning them, I also don't even have any jewellery!

Absolutely terrible service, it is impossible to get direct contact with anyone.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Had to give one star as no option to give none.
Similar experience to others. Two for price of one offer was rubbish as only received one item. A triple necklace that was much much smaller than the one in the video promotion and so small that the smallest of the 3 chains wouldn’t actually fasten round my neck. I’m not big.
Reported missing necklace and was told one would be dispatched and the other replaced with a larger size but 4 weeks later…..tumbleweed. Don’t waste your money there are better ones on Instagram
