Let my present my unpleasant experience with them ( for first time in my life but after this NEVER AGAIN) :
I ordered 2 tyres Goodyers 205/60/R15 what they sent ??? Icehawke I 245/50/R19 some Chinese make never heard of in my life.
Before to recive those tyres ( witch I didn’t ordered this ones) I get a call from customer service stating that I need to check the tyres when the delivery driver comes with ( in other ords: YOU STUPID CUSTOMER LOOSE SOME TIME BECAUSE WE MAKE MISTAKES WICH IT WIL COST YOU SOME TIME FROM YOUR WORK = MONEY) then hi sed : look the tires it’s not what you ordered but check them still maybe…..
Then i asked him to stop this unpleasant issue but hi didn’t do much abaut this … hi sed will try….. IF YOU EVER WANT TO BUY SOMETHING FROM OPONEO STAY AWAY FROM SUCH COMPANY.
UPDATES:
After few days and lots of emails with department of claim specialist the following conclusion comes:
- OPONEO WHITH GOOD KNOLEDGE OF WRONG TYRES DELIVERED ,DID THIS INTENTIONATELY TO STUCK ME WITH
- OPONEO BRING FAKE EXCUSES WICH COST ME MONEY AND TIME
-OPONEO CANNOT FIX THE ISSUE WITHAUT ME TAKEING LOSSES LIKE 1 WORKING DAY
- OPONEO ITS NOT ABLE TO FIX THE ISSUE NOT EVEN WHEN I GIVE THEM RELYABLE ALTERNATIVES
- OPONEO ITS A REAL THREAT FOR CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION
- IT LOOKS LIKE A SOLUCITOR WILL BRING THE LIGTS IN THIS CASE .

After re-examining the entire case, we would like to clarify a few important points to ensure full transparency:
We attempted to collect the incorrect tyres from you several times, but you repeatedly informed us that you were not available at the property during the courier’s collection hours (8:00 am–5:00 pm).
To help resolve the issue, we also suggested arranging the pickup from an alternative address, such as a neighbour or your workplace, so the tyres could be handed over directly to the courier
You informed us that you planned to leave the tyres outside your house for the courier to collect. Unfortunately, this form of collection is not allowed.
Neither we nor the courier can take responsibility for items left unattended in a public or accessible area. The tyres must be handed over directly to the driver by an authorised person.
At this moment, we are still waiting for your decision regarding when and from which address we can collect the tyres, provided that they will be personally handed over to the courier and not left without supervision.
We understand how disappointing this entire situation has been and we are committed to resolving it as soon as we receive clear collection instructions from you.

I ordered 2 tyres, we are now 3 weeks down the road and still no tyres. Oponeo are only good at one thing. Excuses. Apparently my tyres are in a container in UK and it can not be opened. Absolute rubbish service. Take your money and run
