Very fast and free delivery great price no issues at all.

It was overall a good experience starting from the selection on the website until the tires fitting.
The only issue I got is that I was delivered at home, I was sure I asked the delivery to be done to the fitting garage, maybe I did something wrong.

I’ll definitely come back and shop from here for my next tires.

I have recently got my tyres from here. Initially I had trust issues as they offer almost half price from the garages here in Dublin. Another concern was production date of the tyres as I have read some of the reviews where people raised concerns about the production date. Finally I got my tyre within the time frame they mentioned on the website and it was manufactured in June 2025! Literally 3months ago. Im super satisfied with their products and services. I would recommend them and will buy from them in future for sure.

I received my tyres 8 days after the order was placed and all 4 Tyres where 3 years old , 2022 year on each Tyre , and one Tyre had previously fiting marks, and on the wheel with that Tyre I have 35 g extra weight compare to the others

Fast deliver, no drama.

I bought 4 tyres recently nominating one of the Openeo listed partners for delivery. Only 3 were delivered. Openeo were slow to respond to my request for help (2 days) promising investigation. 12 days later ( and a paypal claim) received a commitment to shipping a replacement tyre. So resolution at last but very frustrating. My advice is 1) pay by Credit card or Paypal (not debit) 2) better to have the tyres delivered to your home 3) do not accept a partial delivery without calling openeo claims department.

Great service tyres are exactly what you ordered and if your order does not arrive when stated they phone to find out why it has not been delivered as I found out it was a DPD issue
So they track your delivery aswell

I eventually got the refund for a non delivery after 6 weeks .

I ordered 4 tyres on Monday. They did not arrive until the following Friday and there was only 2 of them. The delivery driver said he would be back tomorrow with the other 2 tyres. An hour later another delivery driver arrived with the other 2 tyres. A bit of a nuisance really. But got what I ordered. I think it was the delivery company who were at fault and not Openeo.

Oponeo are a good company. Reliable and fulfilled their service as expected. Only downfall was the courier service. Dpd are normally good but there was 2 marks on one rim (scrapes) and a chip off the edge of the other rim. One of the boxes had a tear in it so it was definitely carelessness on the couriers part. So what it comes down to was the delivery only. DPD need to do better though. But Oponeo were decent enough to give me a small refund as I decided to keep the rims as is, so they at least looked after me. Although annoyed about what happened with my rims, these things can happen. Tires were perfect and rims would have been only for damage in transit. And they commited to their 5 to 6 days delivery. So all round 5 stars for Oponeo.
