Over 40 Days Waiting — Broken Promises and No Clear Delivery Date
I ordered my frame on 4th of March after reading all these great reviews about this shop. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite.
I was promised delivery within 14 days, but it has now been over 40 days and I still haven’t received my glasses. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of clear communication — I keep receiving the same generic responses saying there is a 2–3 week delay, even though that timeframe has already passed. No one has been able to provide me with an exact delivery date.
Instead of taking responsibility, they continue to refer to policies that clearly have not been followed in my case. I was also told that no compensation could be offered because the item was already discounted, which I find quite disappointing given the level of delay and inconvenience.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from here if you expect reliable delivery times or transparent customer service.
