I have been getting my glasses and lenses through opticians direct for quite some time now and I must say they have been the best opticians I have a complicated prescription and I used to have problems at other opticians they could never get the lenses right in size but at opticians direct they always do an amazing job and have been absolutely impressed with my latest frame . Well done I will continue getting my glasses always with opticians direct .

Don’t order from them!
Would never order from this company again. Ordered a pair of sunglasses mid January 2026 for my husband’s birthday also in Jan. March 28th 2026 still waiting having emailed countless times asking where they are. Quite rightly they said I was getting a good deal as glasses were on discount with them however I’ve now received an email saying the ones I originally ordered are discontinued!!!! Offering to replace with different glasses. Confirmation email says 2-5 days or most complex cases up to 14 days. I’ve been waiting almost 3
Months and now get told they’re discontinued. And I’ve had to contact them for information every time. Honestly fuming!

They moved mountains when I realised I didn't select the right product I was expecting for a mother'sday present. It arrived just in time for Mother's Day but unfortunately I didn't get the colour of frames right ☹️. Got back in touch and the whole process was really smooth - customer service was exceptional.
