Terrible.
I ordered a pair of glasses that were listed as in stock from this company and received no update on my order for 10 days, so I called and was told that they weren't in stock, so would take 14 working days. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that they issued the refund quickly. Avoid.

Absolutely fantastic service from Opticians Direct again. This is the second pair of Oakley's I've ordered and the service has been impeccable. From order right through to fulfilment, they beat everyone else hands down on price, service and quality. Really poor experience with this…
Really poor experience with this company. New glasses finally arrived but the lenses are way thicker than an identical frame and prescription.
Several emails later the customer service refused to even provide a goodwill discount on new thinner lenses. Wish I never used them. Avoid

Lens thickness can vary depending on a number of factors, including frame shape, frame size, lens index, PD measurement. Because of this, two pairs with the same prescription may not always appear identical in thickness.
Our team provided confirmation that the lenses supplied were correct and in line with the order placed. As the lenses were manufactured as specified, we were unfortunately unable to offer a replacement or goodwill discount for thinner lenses.
