The items for my order 22393093 is still not received. But under my order it shows it has been dispatched. There is no tracking shown to check. Have contacted live chat about the issue and was told it has been delayed and they will check and get back to me via email. Up till now there is no email from them.
Update: After the review above, they hv reached out to offer a compensation for shipping fee due to the delay. The items were received the next day. Hv adjusted the one star rating for the good service recovery.

Ordered invitation cards on 4 July, with delivery date stated as before 12 July. On 13 July, products were still not yet shipped out. Contacted customer service to be informed the cards were NOT printed yet, and no one even bothered to inform the customer. The website promises fast shipping - but it's not true at all. After reading the other reviews, which I should have before trusting this company, I now realize they do this for many orders.
Now I need to find an alternative printing company that can offer express shipping and pay the higher price for that so I can get my cards delivered on time. Extremely disappointing. I have used many other printing companies with no issues, and wanted to try this as it was a new one. Now I know to just stick to the usual ones.

Feedback on Photo Books, on mobile (Android), on home broadband wifi. Actually my wife experienced the same issues on iOS.
Good points are that you can select from Google Photos' *shared albums* (not possible in other apps). And the books are good quality and come WYSIWYG.
Bad point is the UX on mobile in general. Guys, rather than ask for feedback, just assign someone to create a Photobook on Android from a Google Photo album of 50/60 pics... and watch (in horror).
Most of what i'll describe are not UX issues but plain bugs. It's not about optimizing... it's about basic usability. If your PM is not aware of them, fire him. If you dont have a PM, then... that explains. Get one.
So:
After the general set-up (selecting an album and the photos inside, that part is ok) this is where the nightmare begins:
- moving pictures around often results in removing them from the album
- getting them back into the project is a horrendous experience. There are a few ways to attempt, but none of them work properly. You have to try many times, often just to get a single picture back in. It is such a mess that i can even explain how to do it
- the scrolling is laggy and often triggers the "change layout" button (in the view where you see all pages in a feed view)
- photos sometimes disappear from their page, showing the red warning mark. I'd say for no reason but it could be due to any of the above issues
- the Included / Excluded photo section is confusing. I was never able to bring an excluded photo back in. The photos that "dropped out" (cf point above) anyway didnt even show in Excluded gallery.
- YOU SHOULD HAVE an Undo function. There is so much anxiety in doing "the wrong move" with all the above, that putting together the final product feels like building a house of cards. A wrong move and you're in for 15min of trying to get that picture back in, and rechecking all your page layouts.
ALso, seeing the mobile experience was a complete and utter mess, i tried on Desktop - but my pics are on Google Photos and the link to Google Photos failed because seemingly your Auth mechanism is no longer supported by Google.
In short, the product seems to be suffering from massive neglect. Do you even have a Product Manager on it?

Delivery guy leaves parcel outside without informing. Could have send a WhatsApp message to seek permission cause there is washing by Town Council scheduled that day.

To be honest I am shocked. Me and my wife were skeptical at first but decided to try. The book and all is simple but the print quality is amazing. We now are planning on printing the rest of our photos from our wedding. Delivery we had no issues with. Was delivered within expected date.
Easy user interface, the delivery was quick. Though just sad i cant design the back of my book. But nonetheless, really good site.
Good communication by delivery person who texted me in advance and keep me updated of the delivery status. Thank you.
BEWARE - I was charged a different amount on my credit card and there is no way to get in touch with Optimalprint directly. I can't find a customer service email or telephone number.

Would be a perfect 5 stars if the picture could come already assembled in the frame instead of having to assemble it myself.
This was the quickest delivery of a phonebook by Optimal print so far. And without any errors. Well done. I have had some issues in the past but Optimal print is picking up customer service very well. I will keep on using their platform.

This is with regards to Order Number 21576541 which was placed yest, 14th March 2022. I had purchased the photobook as I thought it would arrive much earlier as stated on the website 19-20 March if I ordered before midnight. But after submitting my order yest, I received the order confirmation email stating that the estimated delivery is now 21-22 March. I cannot accept this as I need my item by this week 19 march

The print was sharp and the colour was vivid despite being a large print. The medium used was strong and the item was well protected for delivery.
