I have always used photobook to do my family travels as I find it convenient to design and the print quality is really good even for big size photos. It's like a magazine where everyone can take and view without worrying about physical photos dropping out of the album. Good way to store memories for life!

Just received the book on my grandnephew’s first 100 days for his paternal grandparents, who were overjoyed with this photobook gift, as this is their first grandchild . They are visiting from Spain and to be able to take back a book that chronicles the first 100 days is precious to them. Thank you for the good printing too.

I was trying to have a photobook for the family photos to be ready before the Chinese New Year, and my husband was so busy during the festive period.
I have no choice but to rush it out myself. While using the Apps to create the wonderful memories through a series of photos, I found the Apps was so user friendly, its interface was clutter free with ease of navigation and editing.
I completed it within a few days time, submitted the order and received the photobook before the Chinese New Year.
My guests and friends who visited me on the first and second days of the New Year were impressed with the photobook, it's layout and colour quality. A few of them even requested the Photobook Web site from me for their reference

What a wonderful to capture memories of your life! Been using their services for several years now, and has never disappoint. Quality of end products is great, and platform is easy to use.

i submited the order last Sunday night and received the photobook few days later. It was rather fast considering the festive seasons during these period.
I do have a little comment on the photo printing quality this time, the overall colour of the printout a bit dull and is not as vibrant as before. Perhaps you
you can pay attention to this in my next order.

Ordering: not user friendly
Software: I am a repeated customer and have always appreciated the excellent photobook quality in previous job.

However, my recent experience with my purchase of three (3) sets of 8" x 8" Square Standard Canvas Prints was extremely frustrating. Firstly, the shipping charges were unclear. I believed my order qualified for free Singapore shipping, only to discover after completing multiple projects that additional shipping costs applied because “vouchers” were not eligible. In the first place, I didn't even want the voucher, I want to pay and start my project immediately
This lack of clear communication caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.

Secondly, the user interface for completing multiple projects is very poor. I had to locate project codes and upload photos one by one, repeating this process nine times just to complete my multiple projects. This was time-consuming, frustrating, and completely avoidable.

Thirdly , the shipping tracking system is misleading. The order status remained “printed,” yet I received a WhatsApp notification from SF Express about a delivery today. At no point was it clear that this delivery corresponded to my order.

I just opened up my 6 out of 9 order which was delivered separately without my acknowledgement to check and I was deeply disappointed by the work and quality of the photo tiles. They were stacked together front and back without any protection in between each and almost all of them have stains which cannot be cleaned around the boarder which can easily be seen from afar, some of them even have tear as there was no protection between them. Also the quality of the tile was so bad.

Fifth
Up to current stage, I still cannot track and trace the remaining 3 piece which was claimed to be undone.

Have highlighted all these issues to their customer service but basically they just brush off without any service recovery of any kind.

Overall, this experience was disappointing and frustrating. I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements so that future customers do not face similar issues.

I probably won't ever use them again and will try other company in future.

Want them to redo with proper quality and protection but I believe the same quality and issues will still happen.

I had some problems initially to save ny project and make an order but after I raised the feedback it was resolved quickly. The orders also came well before Xmas so I jad enough time to wrap the gifts I had ordered for the family.

It was really great! The website was easy to use and allowed users to upload as many as we needed.

I made a photobook for my husband’s 40th birthday. I found the creating process very easy. The template was easy to access, to use and save regularly. It made the whole project simple and enjoyable. The delivery was running slightly behind (I had paid a little extra for faster delivery), so I contacted Photobook’s team and spoke with Hoa. She was so helpful and reassuring. She was able to reach out to the delivery server to expedite the order, so it would arrive in time for my husband’s birthday.
The photobook came on the morning of his birthday, perfectly timed and it really made his day so special! I really appreciated Hoa’s friendly attitude and helpful assistance.
The photobook quality is excellent and my husband is so thrilled with it. It’s such a special gift. I highly recommend Photobook SG for making these special kinds of gifts.

been using their services for many years for a variety of purposes - printing family travel photos, family albums, wedding albums etc. website is easy to use with auto save which is convenient.

Fast delivery and quality prints. I am a return customer who prints her family holiday photos regularly. The old ones are still holding up pretty well too!

We always enjoy documenting our trips using photobook as it is easy to use and works perfectly for us. We were using the photobook designer app but has since migrated to the online version. Both have pros and cons and we do wish that the designer continues to be supported.

An honest, truthful review is more worthy than pearls! To start, I must qualify, that as a regular user of Photobook for many years now, it has been mostly a delightful experience...up until recently where my bulk orders were received in "poorer" standards than before. Specifically, there were some books that carried defects such as 'run down / faded/ uneven' colours on some pages, whilst others, had 'smudge lines' on the back of the book cover. Strangely, these defects were observed only in my Softcover bulk book orders and not the Hardcover ones (which I bulk ordered too.)
To be fair, feedback was given to Photobook and I must say, the professional, quick, sincere and reasonable assurances and responses with fast replacements; alleviated my concerns eventually. The crises management deserves kudos!

Though presently Photobook is still investigating the causes of the rare 'short-coming' in the product, I am confident that they are taking such matters seriously, and will resolve and rectify the situation soonest, with the due sharing of their findings back with me.

Like I said, this unfortunate incidence is indeed rare being the first time I have encountered such a problem. The overall experience with Photobook; from the powerful application, production, end product quality, shipments and delivery...to the attentive pre-mid-post service liaison, over the many years of frequent use, has been nothing short of but wonderful.
This recent, two-times shortcoming (so far...hopefully none more) I experienced, compared to the numerous good experiences I have had with largely no problems whatsoever over the many years; should not be construed as a long-term alarm to avoid using Photobook (unless the 'rare' shortcoming becomes a common one, going forward.)

So as far as I am concerned, I would still have easily rated Photobook with a minimal 4 and 5 stars but in lieu of what truthfully happened and am reviewing now, it makes more accurate sense to rate it with 3 stars.

As the saying goes, "To err is human", occasional/ rare shortfalls should be tolerated, especially in light of the sincere and committed, continued efforts Photobook have demonstrated thus far to resolve problems.

For now, I intend to continue using Photobook who has served me well in the past, until my confidence is shaved off (which I hope not).

Keep going, improving and striving to up-keep all the good you have built and will be building into the years ahead!
