A perfect way to remember our loved ones
I have lived in the Scandinavia permanently for almost 40 years. For many years now I don't visit my relatives in Malaysia even though we are in almost daily contact through the social media. I feel that by giving them a gift from time to time would show that I still care for them. Photobook Malaysia has provided the best way for me to do just that. I have been using Photobook Malaysia since 2017 to send personalized photocalendars to relatives. My lastest project was a photobook of the wedding of nephew. What makes my experience with Photobook Malaysia even more pleasant is their prompt and friendly personal service. In two separate occasions, I had to make a change of the delivery addresses. My e-mail requests were attended to very quickly and correctly. I'm their customer for life. Many many thanks to them for helping me maintain the bond with my families from afar.

I have made and purchased photo albums and printed photos from Photobook for the last couple of years. The app is easy to use, user-friendly, and always offers promos and discounts. Highly recommended for all.

My feel good remedy
I always feel good when I completed a project with Photobook. It could be a photobook project, a decor or a gift. Photobooking is my way of de-stressing as it’s very easy to do & the product quality is similar to a Coffee Table Book when you select Hardcover Perfect Binding Finished. I love their choices of gift ideas & wall decor too. As an active traveler & not so much a social media friendly person, Photobooking is my way of preserving the memories I made while traveling around the world. I highly encourage people to immortalize their memories in Photobooking & my choice of service provider would be Photobook Malaysia.

Purchased a puzzle with an image print
Purchased a puzzle with an image print, and selected 16 x 12.
In the details prior to purchasing 41 x 30 cm was written as dimensions on their page.
We received the puzzle and it is 41.6 cm so it doesn’t fit any frame,
Asked for a refund or a new puzzle, but Photobook refused they made any mistake.

Ordered a desktop plaque and was shocked by the finished product. The quality was abysmal (very yellowish tinge - far different from the actual order), the plaque itself is bent and chipped at two corners. How this plaque passed Photobook's QC is beyond me. I would be extremely embarrassed to send this product out to a paying customer. Order 9432555.

8 projects,$250, and a month of work and no free shipping!!
Just a few words of warning:1- I converted 8 projects from mobile to desktop over a span of a month because their systems don’t talk!! So be careful to use only a desktop!
2- if you see basic options for layouts, and a non user friendly application with minimal configuration choices then reach their support centre as certain browsers and devices limit functionality on the website. 3-read the fine print when adding vouchers to products as the voucher needs to exactly match the product to be applicable otherwise you will be redoing the project
you have to make sure the vouchers exactly. This build was honestly very time consuming and I had a terrible overall experience on the platform because I didn’t have all the functionality. I have been scrapbooking for 13 years online and this was the worst experience I had ever had until I called the call centre and spoke to Kevin. He spent several hours to get my projects over the finish line and did his best to try to get them out for Mother’s Day. His customer service and helpful attitude were top notch. I was very angry that I had spent nearly $250 in vouchers at photobook and many more hours building the projects to find that none of them were eligible for free shipping. Again read the fine print in the voucher purchase so you don’t feel scammed by the time you get to the checkout! They were inflexible in offering free or reduced costs for shipping. Overall I would have walked away as a VERY disappointed, disgruntled user if it weren’t for Kevin walking me off the ledge and identifying the issues I was having with platform. The customer support was the best I have ever received.

The first time I ordered my photo book…
The first time I ordered my photo book was great, quality and on time delivery but I am having issues ordering my second photobook because of constant redirecting to editor to insist the cover material that I didn't want. And it frustrates me a lot because my client is getting frustrated as well and it impacts my business. Until now it won't allow me to place my order. That makes me ended up in other company.

Very disappointed;
Ordered photoprints for their covid-19 "vaccination reward" on 9th Feb 2022 but still haven't received it.
Multiple complaints have been emailed but they keep on saying the order is in production, whereby when checked the order hasn't been printed at all, even at the time of writing this.
Previous orders with them were good and on scheduled, but now this experience has made a truly negative and a very bad view of photobook for me.

Photobook never came
First of all: Never use this site! I ordered december 14 and today the February 24 I have still not received anything. I have written countless emails and got standard copy paste-machine answers back. It does not matter any of the excuses they have, over a month is way too long and extremely disrespectful when they already redrawing my money. I see this as a plain stealing. If I some day, maybe in a year, get my photobook, I am worried that the quality is very bad. I just lost 80,33 euro and spend lost of time worrying about it. This is not how you treat customers. Shame on you, taking peoples money.
Also, I asked to get a refund but got no reply.
On the website it has been said for a MONTH that it has been printed. So why are they not sending it? I dont't believe it has been printed yet!
