Broken kicking tee

For Christmas, I received a kicking tee bought from this company. However, after about 10 kicks off my brand new tee, one of the pegs snapped off meaning the ball no longer stands up straight on the tee making conversions difficult. I am very disappointed as I was very much looking forward to improving my kicking with this tee. In regards to taking steps forward, I would really appreciate it if the company would offer me a new kicking tee of the one I had or a different, more substantial model.

The kicking tee I was given at Christmas one of the pegs broke after 10 kicks I am extremely disappointed wouldn’t recommend

Don't pay extra for next day delivery

Paid extra for next day delivery because I wanted to take the item on holiday, but arrived a day late meaning that I couldn't. No response at all from customer service. Had I known Optimum Sports.com use Everi(Hermes), I would never have purchased the item. Knowing the terrible reputation of Evri/Hermes, why are you still using them?

I would like to say a big Thank you to…

I would like to say a big Thank you to the team within this company for providing me with a fast and efficient service,
I ordered some football boots for my sons p.e sessions at school and they arrived the following day, He is extremely happy with them as the velcro fastenings make it much easier for him to put on and take off,
Admittedly I was a little unsure about ordering after reading some reviews on here and it is a shame that some people have experienced a few mishaps with there orders but due to my positive experience I would have no problems recommending or buying from this company in the near future.

Ordered during Black Friday sales but would not grant discount even though website clearly stated ‘Black Friday sale now on!’ We contacted customer services regarding this and they were most dismissive and unhelpful and did not reply. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

No communication and no item delivered

I ordered an trophy for my daughter. Had to pay £4.99 p&p and 18 days later still no delivery and no reply to my emails. Very disappointed and my review was removed for some reason.

I found the customer service that I received was excellent as I could not complete my order on line initially .
The team member placed my order manually and all I needed to do was pay online.
