One of the most professional broker out there
They are relatively new, but their level of professionalism is surpassing some very old players. I tried to make an account with a very well known broker, which I will not name here, but it is among top 3 in the world. They asked me to send some very important paperwork over unencrypted email. When I asked them about an encrypted option, they said they have no other means of communications. Not the case with Optimus futures. Optimus Futures provided me with a proper encrypted channel, and everything went smoothly. Let me tell you about Jake, the customer support who helped me set up the account. Jake went way above and beyond and helped me with all the steps I had to make to finish the setup. This was one of the best customer support I have ever experienced in all my life, and I am old enough to have seen many. Service was so good at some point I suspected Jake is actually the CEO. What other reason might he have to be so helpful?

Best experience with a broker so far!
From the initiation of my application to open a trading account with Optimus Futures, I've been both amazed and delighted by the care they take of their prospective customers. Right after I completed the online form, Marilyn got in touch with me and has gone in the details of my application. She demonstrated a level of involvement I never experienced when I prospected other brokers in the past. I really felt like I received a VIP treatment whereas I'm merely just one of their hundredths of customers, and probably not the most prominent. After I answered some questions about my personal and professional situation (a bit peculiar, I must admit), I've had the pleasure to be granted with my new account details. The process took one week from inception to completion, because Optimus Futures want to know their customers and they ask some extra documents to support applications: some accustomed to open accounts almost instantly with less caring brokers might find this somehow intrusive, but I liked that since paying such attention to details is a mark of seriousness. Then, during the phase of the account's technical set-up, Jake has been absolutely wonderful in the process of helping me choosing the most appropriate combination of data provider and third-party platform to meet my requirements. Throughout our exchanges, I had the feeling to be in touch with a knowledgeable fellow trader and not with a remote answering machine spitting pre-formatted answers. Also, both my communications with Marilyn and Jake were in the form of quasi-instant questions and answers over email: never an exchange lagged or provided an out-of-scope response. Icing on the cake, all the fees, charges and commissions are not only amongst the lowest in the market, but everything is transparent and well-documented from the start. For all those reasons, I'd have no hesitation to recommending Optimus Futures to any prospective trader in search of a truly serious partner to level up his or her business. I use it in combination with ATAS. Only negative point: if ATAS fails I have no direct access to the Optimus software as a backup (ex. for closing an open position).

Great customer service, affordable service
Answered all my questions, speedy delivery of account. Friendly and cordial customer service. Also very affordable. They don't have monthly costs for their service, only the data feed to cme.
My only con is they don't offer multiple well known platforms. I would've loved to be able to use tradovate for example but they don't offer it.

I moved over to trading futures from think or swim. I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed as far as data subscriptions and order routing. I spoke with Jake at Optimus futures, he explained everything to me and what setup would be appropriate for me. It really is kinda tailored to your specific needs. I have TOS as an additional platform
I have TOS as an additional platform. It is constantly evolving, not because of those in charge, but because thousands of users are able to create, modify and tweak the platform via the programming language. There are a number of adaptations I would like to import to Optimus Futures, but after spend considerable time working on it, I find it too difficult to do. With TOS, copy and paste is just that simple - copy and paste. I find this to be a weakness in the platform and hope it can be fixed in the future.

The best futures broker I have come across. Wrapping up the customer, honoring even small accounts, and Jake and Matt provide customer service beyond all expectations. No complaints whatsoever except the Rithmic integration with Optimus trading platform or lack of it. I think it would be a big plus if a user could simply see his data subscriptions in the app and cancel them and/ or subscribe to new data with a few clicks. Besides that five star experience so far.

Fees were not properly disclosed and I ended up paying more than my previous broker. Also could not get their platform downloaded to use. I'm with Tradovate now and love it.
