I am still waiting for the shipment cost - too late

Easy website to navigate, quality products, as a PT I love to buy from this business.

No notice of shipping from USPS, so I had written a poor review through Trustpilot..I did get a response within 5 minutes with a phone number to call...which I did, and the issue was resolved promptly by OPTP representative. Therefore I altered my review of OPTP. Thank You OPTP for your prompt attention once I called.

Easy shopping, great products and great prices.

I have just called you. Being the festive season I didn't expect a person to answer, but I did expect to be able to leave a message about my order. But no. Your inbox was full and not taking messages.

Problems with signing it. Despite ‘forgetting’ my password. And trying to use a temporary one- also not successful, I was able to make my order. I must have misunderstood shipping I thought the only option was UPS, however I must have accidentally selected USPS which I preferred. The products are first rate. This is the place to go if you are serious about exercise, rehab, etc

Waited two business days for a quote to confirm shipping costs. Called to check on progress - nothing. The rep kept telling me how wrong I was in my understanding, cutting me off. Finally I asked her to cancel the order. No problem there except they can’t confirm cancellation because the order is ‘wiped out’. Disappointing experience.

We were waiting for the sale dates to purchase a foam roller. It was great that it was in stock and the purchasing process was extremely smooth. It should come today - two days after buying online!

It has been two weeks and I still haven't received my order.

Product differentiation needs to be clearer. They have so many rollers but difficult to tell them apart. The terminology is also confusing - standard density, medium density, hard, soft etc. A standardized description would help and also a comparison chart of rollers. The videos on product pages are marketing and don't provide useful information. It's amazing how companies with decent products spend on marketing...when useful content could sell the product. Shipping prices are ridiculous. My rating is for the quality of products - their site and customer communications/service can be improved

I ordered the original Ovefball and received something else. This is not the original - the original states Overball on the ball. I ordered from you and not from other place because I wanted to original. Please advise. Thanks

Can’t get my tracking number. Haven’t received the product , can’t call the phone doesn’t work. Cant sent them e mails , because says the recipient doesn’t exist. And I’m getting undelivered messages .... what happens here ?
