Ordering was relatively easy

Ordering was relatively easy, the delivery was excellent, packaged very well the quality of the blind and mechanism was very good, extremely pleased with the luxury cassette i optioned for. Customer service was good also with Stacy who was mor than helpful with my installation query. Will definitely be using them again when ordering my next blind . Well done them 👍

Lovely blinds

We ordered 5 blinds in various sizes, all arrived in good condition and are of excellent quality.
We got the covers for the blind rolls called the luxury roller system, and the decorative material covering them had air bubbles in it, I was able to remove them by smoothing with a soft damp clean cloth.
Might be worth flagging up during manufacturing.

Awful experience with Order Blinds

Awful experience with Order Blinds. Ordered perfect fit roller blinds for two windows & french doors, Order Blinds sent incorrect frames on three separate occasions. I have given up with this company & not prepared to give the company a 4th chance to get it right. I have requested a refund.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and we do understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been.

As a made-to-measure, online-only company, all Perfect Fit blinds are manufactured strictly to the measurements entered at the time of ordering, as we’re unable to measure in person. The initial frames were produced correctly to the original sizes provided, which were later found to be incorrect. We do apologise that a subsequent replacement was affected by a human input error on our part.

A refund has been processed as requested and we’re sorry that on this occasion we were unable to resolve matters to your satisfaction.

EDIT - Hi Claire, to confirm the refund has been processed via Paypal as advised, unfortunately we have no control over the length of time it takes for PayPal to process it once we've confirmed it but hopefully it shouldn't take long.

Fantastic service and good quality…

Famtastic service and good quality product. Stacey was brilliant at organising the correct blinds for me and arranging for them to be delivered in time for me to instal before undergoing a surgery. Would reccommend this company.

Quality Blinds

The quality of the blinds are excellent. We have bought from other suppliers before but after buying from Order Blinds we'll never go elsewhere. The customer services are also excellent and replaced a faulty part within 24hrs.

Fabulous Customer Service - Well Done May

We originally ordered 3 Roller Blinds a couple of weeks ago - Ordering on line was simple & great - Blinds arrived on time - lovely quality and a great price - We then decided to order 2 more last Friday - I then received a generic email yesterday to say there was a Black Friday deal with 15% off - Contacted Order Blinds regarding this as of course it was a saving of £28.70 to us - FABULOUS Customer Service from May the Customer Service Manager - Straight away I received a response to email - no quibbles at all refund of £28.70 back into my account - This is the sort of Company that deserves 100% Praise for it’s Customer Service - May is an absolute credit to the Company - Thankyou for such fabulous service it is appreciated - Well done Order Blinds - If you want quality at a great price I would suggest here

Very happy with Order Blinds

Very happy with Order Blinds. The order process was simple and the blind is a good quality one, and easy to fit.
I had a bit of a problem with the first blind sent being damaged in transit, but the company were excellent at sorting out the problem and sending me a replacement very quickly. I would definitely use themagain.

Perfect fit blinds not black-out

The perfect fit black-out blinds we ordered are anything but black-out. There is so much light coming around the sides of the perfect fit blinds and out of the top, that they really can't be described in any way as 'black-out'. Frankly our old roller blind did a better job. What's worse is that because the blinds are made to measure, we can't send them back for a refund- so some VERY expensive chocolate tea pots. A poor design, poor description as 'black-out' and a costly mistake for us.

Our product description does explain that while the fabric is blackout, the blinds are not a full blackout solution, as some light can leak around the edges and top of the frame. We include this to help set expectations, but we’re sorry if this wasn’t clear enough.

Won’t be ordering again

Not a great experience. Blinds feel cheaply made and very flimsy. Constantly coming out of the runners when opening and closing, even when being gentle. Part of the frame arrived damaged and dented. Blinds come with no instructions so have to find them through the website which is not ideal for people who do not have easy access to do so. Instructions state to use the fitting card which was also not included in the package. Wouldn’t order again

The Perfect Fit system was developed by one of the UK’s leading blind manufacturers and has been thoroughly tested for quality and durability. There will be a small amount of movement before the frame is fully secured, but once clicked into the brackets it should stay firmly in place if the measurements are accurate. The blinds coming out of the runners may suggest the feet were fitted into the wrong side channel gap — if you’d like to get in touch, we’d be happy to guide you through fixing this.

The dented frame sounds like it was damaged in transit, as it wouldn’t have left our factory that way. If you could please contact us with your order details, we’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
