Very pleased with this toothbrush. I ordered extra brush heads, but the wrong ones. Emailed Ordo, sent the wrong ones back, order the correct ones. Quick response, new and correct ones delivered quick. Good customer service.

Squishmallows battery toothbrush…
I bought the squishmallows toothbrush for my 7yr old after having seen an advert and knowing she loves squishmallows. It didn't suggest any others and after scrolling through the different colours/characters I chose pink. As soon as I'd ordered a few hours later I got an advert with some squishmallows toothbrushes that were rechargeable and had cute covers in the shape of the character, so I was slightly disappointed the website hadn't suggested these alternatives before I paid. The one we have works well and daughter is happy, although there is no timer but she's brushing longer! Hasn't needed charged and she's used it twice daily for quite a long time, maybe a couple of months.

I found out about ORDO through a random…
I found out about ORDO through a random recommendation on the net, as I was looking for a replacement of my ORAL B dental floss… It was easy to be found on the net and I quickly found the product I was after. They even mentioned the custom-fees I would have to pay (ordering from the continent), even though that could have been made much clearer. The product is slightly less robust than what I had to replace, but it works. Thanks!!!

I have yet to receive my toothbrush package as it went missing in transit. When I chased this up with Ordo thdy have sent me a replacement which I hope to receive soon. I already use Ordo toothbrushes and find them perfect for me
