Good products and great customer service
The scent and products are great and I am a repeat customer, but for the second time they arrived damaged. The first time the lid was broken on the deodorant and this time the roll-on oil was half empty as it had spilled inside of the package. Much to the credit of the business, once they were made aware, they went out of their way to rectify matters and demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. Definitely a company that I would recommend buying from.

I placed two orders with your company
I placed two orders with your company, but unfortunately, both were cancelled. In the end, I was informed that I needed to provide proof of address, but as I do not have any, I requested that my order be delivered to my workplace instead of my home address. This is because there is no one available at home during the day to receive the parcel. Overall, my experience with your company has been disappointing due to the two cancelled orders.
