Flavour change not good

Mark, we see you placed one order with us on 26th March. We assume this order was placed with us due to the recent Tobacco flavour change instigated by CIRRO (The second in 4 years). To be clear we have NEVER changed our flavour profiles and they remain the ORIGINAL AUTHENTIC CIRRO flavour profiles since 2013. We understand "we can't please all of the people all of the time" and you personally did not prefer our Original Tobacco flavour. But your comment that the "Flavour change is not good", should be directed at the CIRRO people and not to ourselves, as this statement is incorrect and unfair.
