Ordered over 7 days ago . No one answers the phone and when they did once lies . Was told due to issues royal mail couldn’t collect till Friday-and that my order has been collected .On Tue I was told collection was done Monday . Today is Tuesday and still nothing !

Firstly.. Emma! Customer service impeccable and helped when the 6mg Utterly Menthol original C was out of stock. Recommended to order the 11 and she would change it to the Lumo range as its the same product just different package. So relieved as have never found anything else that comes close to the flavour and quality. Keep up the great work team and thank you for the insanely efficient chat service! I even came back online the next day and it had my whole chat still available - i actually dont think i have ever had that before with another company. Huge plus point!

Excellent oils
I found Original C by looking for the original makers of the Ciri vape oil and finding some random guy's message on a forum, linking Original C, as the oils sold in the local Tescos had changed and I didn't like the new taste. So, now I always buy the original oil from Original C. They always have offers on to reduce the cost of the oils and deliver quite quickly.
