I got a refund

Like others, I was taken in by the advert and ordered one "pen". I was then plagued with other offers to add to my order all of which I rejected only to find that when I got the confirmation email I had been charged for 5 more pens.

I then cancelled the whole order and was told by the "bot" that orders couldn't be cancelled more than 12 hours after the order was placed. No probs there - I was cancelling with 5 minutes. 8 hours or so later the bot told me that it was very sorry but my order had now been shipped.

This really made me angry and I came to Trustpilot to see if there were any others with a similar experience.

Having seen that this was a systemic fraud being practiced I immediately contacted my Credt card company laying out the whole story with copies inf my exchanges with the company bot. I concluded that Trustpilot had 32 instances of folks with the identical issue with extra orders being added.

I had a reply saying that the issue would be investigatesd which might take a few days.

ABout 3 hours later I had a contact back for the card company saying that they had coppied Oreville my complaint. Meanwhile the credit card company said that they were putting a provisional credt on my card account to cover the refund.

The following day the card compand said the Oreville had replied saying they would refund me which might take up to 20 days.

Later the same day I got another email from the card company saying they would close the issue but monitor the account each day to see if the credit had been applied.

Overnight the provisional credit turned into a proper credit.

So if you have a problem with this company contact your card company.

Scammers

Ordered a deal, its not a deal , they made 2 charges to my card totalling just under £100 ??
They said I was too late to cancel., as they had shipped it. Not true as the tracking shows it was not sent till after the cancellation.
Now , having posted it back , they say " due to technical problems we cannot refund to you card"
So they system takes the money but cannot refund, That is totally misinformation.
Why cannot the card company stoip them traqding as, obviously. they are short on telling the truth

AVOID

AVOID at all cost

This company is extremely misleading. I was charged much more than I expected, then informed by email that I had been billed for multiple items and enrolled into a subscription I did not knowingly agree to. Customer service was useless and then claimed I had done a chargeback (which I had not) just to refuse a refund. This feels dishonest and unfair. I strongly advise staying away from this business.

I received my items with crack plastic…

I received my items with crack plastic containers and the packaging is just bad and said that they can't control how the courier handle the parcel but they can always change the packaging like into a box not a plastic bubbke wrap. They ask for a photo and I did. They refused to replace the damage product saying it isn't damage when its clearly in the photo its damage. Go somewhere else.

OVERCHARGED ME!!!! - coming from china - misleading marketing SCAAAAAAAAM

I believe I have been scammed even had the audacity to over charge me and then refund me 50% for inconvenience - WTF??!! You stole money and gave me a fraction of it back - had I known I was paying for something coming from china I would have thought twice. I am very very sure this will be another gimmick as if It arrives.

Complained to customer service and got a 50% refund, despite being OVERCHARGED in the first place - only ordered 2 pens £40+!!!!!!
At this rate I’d prefer a full refund and to send back whatever arrives when or if it does.

Don’t fall for clever marketing like I did. Keep your money for a trusted company from uk.

Bank has been notified and are looking into this closely.

I would like to be assured that IF this arrives and I want to return it I will get FULL refund.
It’s already taken weeks.
Avoid.

Scam company

Like everyone on here i went to buy 3 pens and ended up with a bill for 9! Like others I cancelled my order within 1 hour to be told they've already shipped order which was bull cause I got an official text to over 24hrs later. I E-mailed them constantly and put a poor review on here to be given a customer care address to contact them which I did. Here's the best bit they said if I take my post down I would get full refund. I did then they came back with the offer of half the full refund. By now I new i wasn't getting nothing but said yes to play game. All I got was e-mail to say my goods were shipped. I've scince emailed them to say this review going back on here with replying someone from high up is going to b in touch with is bullcrap. This is a total scam company I wish I'd had a good look into them first. On the outside they look legit but reading the other comments I see someone dug deep and noticed they advertised as American but the delivery company is Chinese which is a big red flag. I'm work for royal mail delivery and constantly taking back bags of tat returns from people to these type of Chinese companies and they don't even open them just throw them in a big room ready for a skip. With no doubt no-one getting a refund. They play a good game and probably get away with it because people who do get items its normally no good. Also ive noticed some very short positive reviews which smells a bit dodgy to me. Don't touch this company with a barge poll! Next stop Trading Standards and my bank to report SCAM!!!

Best way to get money back from this…

Best way to get money back from this scammers
If you see multiple charges (debiting) on your credit card for a single transaction, this is usually due to a merchant error or a technical glitch. The duplicated transactions may appear as "pending" charges initially, which often resolve automatically within a few business days.
Steps to Resolve Multiple Charges
Here is a step-by-step guide on what to do if you notice multiple charges:
Check the status of the charges: Log in to your online banking or credit card app to see if the charges are "pending" or "completed".
Pending charges often disappear automatically within a few business days (usually around 7 working days) as the merchant's system corrects itself. There is often nothing you need to do but wait.
Completed charges mean the merchant has taken the money. You will need to take action to get a refund.
Contact the merchant first: The quickest way to resolve the issue is to contact the company you paid.
Explain the situation and provide them with the dates and amounts of the duplicated payments, a description of the goods or services purchased, and any transaction reference numbers.
Most of the time, this was an error on their end, and they can easily issue a refund.
Contact your credit card issuer (bank) if needed: If the merchant is unwilling or unable to refund you, or you cannot resolve the dispute directly with them, you can ask your card issuer to start a claim or a "chargeback".
Your card issuer can help you dispute the transaction. You should provide them with details of the purchase and any communication you have had with the merchant.
Many banks allow you to dispute a transaction directly through their mobile app or online banking portal.
In the UK, if your purchase was over £100, you may also have protection under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act, which makes the credit card company equally liable with the retailer.
Escalate the complaint: If you are not satisfied with your card issuer's response, you can escalate your complaint to the free Financial

All the reviews are true as I been…

All the reviews are true as I been scammed by this company. Paypal are no help
Disgusting customer service lost £95
Email on paypal bounces back doesn't exist
Beware peeps
I tried product and it's not fit for purpose .
Adverts are fake. After many ways of contact eventually had an email a few days ago. Now they saying sorry u cant return as 30 days have passed. According to long distance selling in the UK if u dont like a product u should be able to get a refund once you return a product. But I guess Chinese law is different.
Total scammers where is the zero star

Warning!!

Please do not order anything from this company!! I placed an order for two items and one free(as they advertised it) for the total amount of £22.98 yet they charged my account for £59.94! Realising that something is not right I immediately asked to cancel the order but the reply was that the order has already been dispatched.
I tried to get a logical explanation from the company but they totally avoided my question.
